Ordered a cat toy in December. 3 months later and still not received.
DO NOT order from them

Same here paid on 11/16/25 and as of this date, I’ve received NOTHING! It’s Fraud!

RIP OFF. Never received anything, paid money in December 2025. Its Feb and nothing received, website doesn't work. DO NOT BUY FROM MEAOWSCLES!

Again this website is a scam, they advertise on social media and look like normal website with videos quite well done. They take the money and nothing turns up. Should report it.

Complete scam. Ordered in Dec 25 and no update past a fake shipping tracking number. Tried to get in touch with them on their website and through shopify and got nothing. Now closed the website.

Like everyone else here, I ordered and have not received any product. I usually check reviews prior to ordering but somehow I didn't. My kittens were looking forward to getting their Christmas gift. Now, we are all disappointed and I'm 😠 angry.

SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order back at the beginning of December 2025. Never received the order, not heard back from the company. Now their website is unavailable. My own fault for shopping through social media, I guess. Won’t be doing that again!! Have tried to claim the money back through my bank (Lloyds), who are normally pretty good with things like this. So hopefully I’ll get my money back.

Ordered in November, took the money, no parcel, no contact. Same as many others here. Terrible company. Have reported to my bank as fraud.

I was scammed just like the other people. Ordered, paid and waited and waited….. wrote an email and got no reply. It taught me to be very careful in future and check the company out first. So £22.99 or whatever it was from as little as 50 people will give them 1149.50. Not bad for just one advert!!

DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.

ordered paid and still waiting 2 months later sent emails etc and now ive noticed it does not exist,if anyone has been lucky enough to get money back from bank can u please let me know

Add me into the scammed. I will never buy anything ever again from any social media because this happens so frequently. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company ordered it December 18. It is now January 21. I got tracking and the website seemed to work initially two weeks ago, but now everything is down and I have nothing.

1 star purely because I can’t record 0 stars. This is a SCAM. Order confirmed weeks go, no delivery, links no longer work and no response to multiple emails. AVOID.

Like others, i ordered some cat toys from Meowscles using the SHOP app --received order confirmation, but never got my order. Tried to contact them directly (never got a reply). It's been almost 2 months and now the store page on SHOP is no longer up.

Ordered for my new kitten on 21st Dec, payment was taken the next day and still not received my order. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Robbing scammers.

Total scam. On day 41 now and nothing and now the website has gone. Tried to contact the shipping company but it’s likely a scam too and likely the same company. That’s £20 I won’t see again!

Total scam :( no response, fake tracking #, website is no longer working…so sad :(
