I absolutely recommend MentraTrack to any and all students who are in the process of collecting their fieldwork experience hours. The system is super user-friendly. Their customer service is excellent; founders are available via email and their responses are almost always within less than a few hours (sometimes minutes!). I have students who have switched from other methods of documentation (i.e., Excel, Ripley, etc.) and have uncovered missing details, notes, and errors in the process. This system is pretty much audit-ready.

I’m new to ABA, so when I found Mentra Tracker on Reddit, I wasn’t expecting much. Most software in this space looks ancient and confusing.
This is different. It’s simple, clean, and I figured it out in like 10 minutes. No complicated tutorials or messy setup.
But what really sold me was the support team. They respond fast and actually answer my questions like real people. Not generic copy-paste responses – actual help.
As someone working toward my BCBA, I need software that won’t be outdated next year. Mentra feels like it’s built for where ABA is heading, not where it was five years ago.
If I had money to invest, I’d bet on these guys. You can tell when someone’s solving a real problem instead of just making another mediocre app.

I have had a great experience using Mentratrack with my trainees while supporting them through their fieldwork. The platform is extremely user-friendly and has made it so much easier to keep everything organized in one place.

One of my favorite features is the assessment feature. It’s been incredibly helpful to actually test and confirm that the concepts we’re covering in fieldwork meetings are sticking. I love being able to see the trainees truly understanding the material, not just that it was discussed.

The compliance checks and auto-populated documents have been a huge time saver and give me confidence that everything is being completed accurately and in alignment with requirements. I also really appreciated the ability to review, approve, or deny trainee hour submissions individually. That level of oversight is essential especially as trainees are just starting to track hours and learn the process.

Overall, Mentratrack has made fieldwork supervision more efficient, organized, and intentional. It’s been a valuable tool for both me and my trainees and I genuinely get excited to use each of the available features!
