Worst app
Worst app. My hi speed wifi works amazingly fast but when I connect VpN it becomes slow. Customer service replies when they have time. Not instant. Very bad app and customer service. They don’t do any compensation for the loss of days when u can’t connect to VPN. They have many servers but only 1-2 works for me and that too slow. Other server is for name sake. It doesn’t connect wifi. lol.

Very bad it does not work and I’m very…
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years on a paid membership, but the service has become very unreliable. The VPN connection rarely works, and customer support does not respond to messages through the app. There’s also no option to call or receive proper assistance. This needs urgent improvement.

The new update does not help family…
The new update does not help family owning more than 1 iphone. The thinking process of the update is 0. I’ve been with MENA VPN for 3 years and they are great, and it might be my last. Need to look for something more family friendly VPN.
