Was very easy to place the order and very promp delivery but quality not as exspected not as good as seen on web site also came with no instruction what so ever didn.t know how long to leave there wasnt even anything to help you return it.

My mattress was delivered the next day . Now every time I get into bed I get the mmmmmm feeling. Best sleeps ever.

Sleep at last. I have never been able to get comfortable due to a bad back and hip. This mattress has put an end to the pain and I feel like a new woman. It was delivered promptly, packaged well and fit my bed perfectly. Not too sure about the pillows but haven't given them a fair try yet.

Telephoned their customer service for information re the various memory foam mattress toppers. They were friendly and knowledgable about their products and the internet systems in use, and answered my queries immediately.
Ordered the topper on the internet, with delivery to N. Ireland. Easy to work through the process, although it stated that the delivery address and billing address had to be the same, this is not so, as my addresses were different (would suggest that this statement needs to be removed as it could deter some people from progressing further).
Deliver was very quick.
Cannot comment on the topper itself as it is for a bed abroad and is still in its vacuum packing. BUT, for the price, I received a 10yr guarantee, and a coolmax cover, so I do not expect any problems.
So far very happy and would reccommend this company.

Pretty much sums it all up in the header for this review. Free delivery to the north of Ireland (which is a big deal considering most other sellers didn't ship to here at all!) and the prices are top notch! The quality of the mattress speaks for itself and it gives the impression of a long lasting investment which is a huge relief to the wallet (also to my back and neck!). 2 free memory foam pillows as well, nicely shaped and really suit my posture.

Would absolutely buy from again and highly recommend them.

ordered memory foam mattress and as it was such a cheap price was a little concerned. however i shouldnt have worried it arrived when advised(free delivery in a couple of days) and was perfect. i would recommend everyone to buy from zleeps with confidence

This is the second memory foam topper I have bought from Zleeps. I was really pleased with the first and would have been really pleased with this one - if it hadn't been for the fact that both metal zippers fell off as soon as I unwrapped the topper. I am now gong to have to get in contact with Zleeps to request a replacement cover. This will be time consuming and inconvenient - so I have docked 2 stars!

Delivered within 2 days of ordering and beautifully packed. The wonderful depth of this superior mattress topper and the memory foam it is made from make it bliss to sleep on. The complimentary pillows are really comfortable too. A very well made superior quality memory foam mattress topper which I would recommend to everyone in need of a great night's sleep. Ordered a king size memory foam mattress from the gold range as my partner has a slipped disc in his back and our current mattress was 7 years old. He has slept like a baby since we got the mattress. Very comfortable and it is great value for money. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the packaging looked a little battered when it arrived, but perhaps this was due to handling when it left the warehouse rather than poor packaging to start with.

Very pleased with the mattress topper I ordered, which arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Looked a little odd to start with, with a ridge down the middle, and the cover seemed really loose. After a few hours it all settled down, and it has mad the bed much more comfortable (the bed has a firm sprung mattress, which is in good condition, but very firm). Definitely recommend this product, and was impressed with the speed of delivery, and the order tracking (via Yodel).

The best price I could find for a mattress topper (in the sale). Free delivery and quick too. Unfortunately they sent the wrong thickness, but were apologetic and quick to replace.

Received this mattress within 2 days or ordering and unpacked it and left it for 48 hours to expand / reshape. Upon fitting it to my bed that night , it's a great mattress and had a fantastic nights sleep. Been using it for a week now and have never slept this well before. Also, no back pain anymore so all in all a great product.

memory foam topper arrived quickly, proved to be a good product at a good price

Ordered online from Spain as moving bad to UK. Mattress arrived before myself and m wife, and family were concerned at size of delivery. Opened the package, and over the course of 24 hours the mattress expanded to the expected size.
Now in use for a whole week and the mattress is excellent.
Great service, very easy to use and did exactly as expected.

Dear Rip: I've just heard the inside story! Why didn't you tell me? You are about to sleep for 20 years! Please wake up and smell the coffee, my good man. Do you think you can sleep that amount of time on that slab of a mattress? Take some advice from me . . . The ZLEEPS MEMORY FOAM topper is what is needed and what is more, you get two free pillows with it! Did you say you have a goose feather topper? Oh man, how can I put it to you. In a short while you will have a hollow centre and you will sleep in the valley. Why go out for a duck! Rather get the right thing first time?

So, Mr. Van Winkel, if you are to sleep for 20 years---that is the way to go!
