Quality product and outstanding customer service
Delightful experience. What really impressed me is how flexible they were to schedule a Saturday white glove delivery (with an experienced team) that worked for my crazy family schedule.

Great but wish I would have been warned
I love my table so so so much. It's perfect and affordable. BUT the glass has "Tempered Glass" etched onto it and I'm only just now being told it's permanent and there's nothing I can do to take it off. It really takes away from the piece as a whole and I just wish I would have been aware of that prior to ordering. I now have to pay half of the price of the table to get a new piece of glass from a different store.

Great customer service
I chose to pick up the tv unit myself. So I liked that option instead of having to pay for delivery. The first one I got was damaged when I opened the box so I got a replacement delivered and the old one taken back. It was easy no hastle involved

Excellent customer service!
I thoroughly enjoyed my purchasing experience with Memoky. Everyone I talked with there was extremely kind, courteous,and very helpful. They went out of their way to help me and make sure I was completely satisfied. I wish every company had service as good as theirs.
