I have been using these for a few…
I have been using these for a few months now and whilst they leave clothes with a pleasant fragrance they don't get the dirt out properly. I have noticed things like greasy stains don't wash out. I'm also having to use 3 to make the fragrance last. So not as happy with them as I was originally.

We should have been more vocal about stains and how to treat them: are still a very young brand. Most stains need pre-treatment, if you google you'll see every brand says the same. Grease stains especially.
No detergent claims to get rid of all stains in a normal wash. Though in tests melt is often the top rated as we have bio-enzymes. I'll send some tips on this for you but basically a pre-treat with melt as a paste or "fairy" liquid is ideal. Fairy liquid is designed to cut through grease obviously. The sad truth is sometimes stains do not come out, they can be baked in.
As for fragrance, Melt is fresh but it is subtle. To achieve that long lasting fragrance you need a lot of nasty toxic chemicals like Benzene to extend it. We prefer fresh and clean.
When performance "deteriorates" we find it's 99% of the rime the pump filter and a service wash that is needed. Melt has not changed.
I would recommend splitting the strips and spreading them in the load evenly (instead of just placing on the top)

Super clean washing machine!
My washing machine has never been so clean. And the clothes always come out fantastic - remember to put the 3 sheets in the middle of the washing as it makes a difference just like the Melt experts say.

This is a really great product
This is a really great product, really effective at cleaning your laundry and a host of other uses around the house. The subscription service has had a couple of hiccups, partly due to my lack of understanding of what to do when we aren’t ready for a new box (takes months for my small household to use 60 sheets) but customer service is really responsive and helpful in sorting things out and all such lovely caring people 🥰

Was a bit sceptical about these at first and also worried about the fa T they are ‘lightly fragranced’ as I suffer from allergies due to fragrance.
The Melt team were so patient and helpful.
I have now been using them for about 2 months and wouldn’t use anything else!! Clothes, bedding etc is amazingly clean with a hint of fresh air about them, that all the family love.
No issues with allergies if anything even better than my previous sensitive laundry liquid.
Can’t praise them enough.
I like to buy one pack at a time as not sure I’d use the amount even on the smallest subscription. But this was very expensive until Melt recently reduced it to £16 for one pack from £22, dear melt team please stay with this price 🙏🙏

A key to melt's effectiveness is that the strips dissolve superfast and rinse away much better than pods or powders. Therefore having less residue and fibres has many advantages.
Our business model is principally a direct to subscriber business as that gives us financial stability to keep the price as low as possible. I am sure the price will be around that for the foreseeable future.

TIP: We are testing that a paste made with half a strip and a little water rubbed into stains (old toothbrush) and left for an hour before washing is brilliant too.
Excellent product!
So glad to have discovered these laundry strips, thanks to my daughter in law! They clean well, dissolve immediately, smell good. They arrive by post, weigh very little, no plastics are involved, and since they are not liquids and not bulky I can put boxes of them in my hand luggage when flying to my holiday home abroad, so that I can build up supplies there, too. Very pleased indeed.

Very pleased with results
I have almost used up my first pack of Melt strips now, and am very pleased with results. Delivery is prompt and via letterbox is so practical. Storage is made easier too, with a flat package instead of bulky bottles. No drips and mess either. So far finding this an excellent product. Getting everything clean and the scent is fresh and lasting. The company super helpful and friendly, always a plus! Thanks Melt.
