My experience with MelonCube I got to say it's been really good overall.
My first server (1Gb) lasted 5 months, and I did not have any issue at all using a bunch of plugins. As today, my second one (3Gb) have been running for a couple weeks with even more plugins and everything runs smoothly.
Now about the features, the Multicraft 2.0 control panel may look threatening at first, but once you get to know it, it is really easy to use, and gives you the chance to customize almost every aspect of your server: whether you want to just play vanilla or make a Spigot/Paper/Bukkit server with a lot of plugins.
If you do not know how to do something, MelonCube does have video tutorials and a "Knowledge" section in the website for basic and advanced stuff, and I guess you can also contact with support by making a ticket if you want.
I'm really happy with my experiencie so far, plus they are not as expensive as other "famous" hosting services that does not even offer the amount of extras and specs that MelonCube does.
Just make sure you select the proper region for your server, and everything will run smoothly.

I have been using MelonCube Hosting for around two years now. They are very cheap with prices, and provide you with quality hosting. The customer server is amazing, and MelonCube is very professional. Would totally recommend to anyone making a Minecraft Server!

MelonCube has been wonderful in every way for me. I was having issues with my previous server hosts performance and reliability so I was looking for a replacement and MelonCube came through with an amazing response to my inquiries I made about switching to them. I was offered a server setup that came with the same amount of ram as my previous host for half the price I was paying. They also set everything up that I wanted on the server immediately. 10/10

This is super laggy even when we just start a new world. However the controls for the server and plugins are probable the best/ user-freindly.

Me and my friends love this server. We play on it every night, you can play with the server commands and you have lots of control over your server. Overall I rate this 5 stars not laggy at all

I've used their services for almost a month now, and I plan to buy their year long server. I've had no issues other than the fact that I wish I could simply extend my plan from one month to a year seamlessly.. unless there is a way, and I'm not seeing it.

THIS SEVER HAS BEEN GREAT THO I HAVE HAD A FRIEND THAT HAS BEEN HAVING SMALL TROUBLE STAYING CONNECTED IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE. SMALL SIDE NOT PLEASE LOOK INTO UNLOADED CHUNKS BEING RESET WHEN TRYING TO ADD PLUGINS OR MODS

The Server is really good, but i wish the control panel worked better, it is slightly glitchy sometimes

Everything worked perfectly, easy to set up, easy to connect to the server, and super fast response on a ticket I put in to update the server to the very recently released version of Pixelmon.

In the past I've used several different hosting services. I always pregen the world and with every other host I got the "server cant keep up" message. When I pre-generated my 1.17 world with meloncube, It was pregening and I never saw my tps drop below 19. My friends and I we're able to play lag free while it was running. After it was done generating, the server run really smooth. I never had this kind of experience with pebblehost, shockbyte, mcprohosting, and bisect hosting. If the server continues to be a good experience then I'll probably be sticking around. The team over at meloncube know what they're doing!

Overall it is a great product/service but I do have a few gripes. It is a pain to get plug ins to work at all. I will continue with their services it will just take more work for me to get my servers the way I want.

It is amazing how little lag there is with 2 GB on my server (recently upgraded to 3) I find it amazing how good their customer support is, with getting a response in hours at max.

Great prices, extremely responsive customer service, and an intuitive user interface to manage plugins, backups, and upgrades. I switched from a provider that was pricier and with more lag, so it’s safe to say I was thrilled with the choice of MelonCube. You really can’t go wrong with MelonCube for Minecraft server hosting!
