Went to their event and it was rubbish…
Went to their event and it was rubbish plus they sold out of their main selling factor even though we got there 30 minutes into their 6 hour event. Such a stinker of an event, do not recommend. They didn’t even check tickets so the people who were owed the tshirt didn’t even get them. I’m apart of the hiking group as well.

Hi Li, we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our event. Due to high demand of the t-shirts these were given out from the start of the event and gone within about 10 minutes. However, all customers had a QR code scanned to get a t-shirt. We will be giving out more freebies and goodies at our future events next year, hopefully you can get something at one on them!

Parcel not delivered, told to wait 6 weeks before they could even look at doing anything.
When I finally got a response to my 14 emails their approach was to blame me for the parcel not arriving.
See themselves as more of a lifestyle brand arranging walks and pizza parties rather than offering a solid product and customer service.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration. We completely understand how disappointing it is when a parcel doesn’t arrive as expected.
To clarify, your order was initially delivered but unfortunately went uncollected from the post office and was returned to us, which caused the delay. As soon as it arrived back, we resent it right away. Our policy around delivery investigations is set by the postal service, which is why we had to wait before opening a case.
We truly value every customer and take service very seriously, our community events are just one small part of what we do to build a positive brand experience alongside our products. We’re glad your order eventually reached you, and we’re always here to help if you need further support.
I placed my order on July 12
I placed my order on July 12. The day after, I realized the company had longer delivery times than most others, meaning the order wouldn’t arrive before I left for vacation—when I actually needed the item.
I first contacted them through their website’s contact form, requesting a cancellation or, alternatively, a change in size, as I was unsure whether I’d ordered the correct one. I followed up via email on July 16, but never received a reply - however, when I wanted to return my order, they responded the next day.
In the end, I had to pay just over 200 DKK in customs fees. The trousers didn’t arrive until July 28, and they are far too big. Now I have to pay another 200 DKK to return them, which together is more than half the value of the order—and now I’m also facing a wait for the return and refund process.
The trousers are of decent quality and a cool design, but as an international buyer, I honestly don’t think it’s worth the trouble.
(It’s also quite difficult to choose the right size—especially as a woman—since they don’t include hip measurements or show the items on female models.)
