Sold me a jacket they didn’t have in stock. Heard nothing for 8 days and after calling and messaging finally got a response saying they didn’t have it and I could get it in a smaller size or something ‘similar’. Mind you the jacket cost over a thousand euros that came out of my account the moment I ordered it. Then didn’t respond with how I would get my refund. Awful awful awful do NOT buy from here they do not care about customers or your money.

Wat een geweldige ervaring, we werden geholpen door Frederique. Het eten was heerlijk maar de bediening maakte het. wat een vriendelijk, hartelijk persoon, er werd echt voor ons gezorgd, we voelde ons echt te gast waar met liefde voor gezorgd werd. Lang geleden dat ik dit zo heb ervaren in een restaurant. Ik ga zeker terug en dan wil ik graag een tafel die zij onder haar hoede heeft!

No star! I have patronised them before but very upset this time. Shipping cost at €34.8 is unusually high for normal post and after 15 days still not delivered. Emailed ty and no response. Also very bad that they have me pay PayPal fees for using PayPal!! Ridiculous!

The customer service of MegustaNL has been contacted several times via email regarding an issue with the order, but no response has been received so far. An update would be appreciated as soon as possible.

De reden voor deze matige beoordeling is de hoeveelheid of beter gezegd, het ontbreken daarvan. We hadden een 4-gangen menu en per gang 3 gerechten. De hoeveelheid per gerecht was echter zo minimaal! Bij een gerecht zaten er zeggen en schrijven 3 eetlepels van het gericht in. Ik ging met honger weg en ik was niet de enige. Ook mijn vrouw die geen grote eter is ging met honger weg. Dus de volgende keer gewoon de schaaltjes goed afvullen!!!!

This was my first time ordering from this website - and it will definitely be my last. I had previously tried this item in a local physical store, but when I went back to purchase it in my size, it was sold out. After searching online, I found what appeared to be the exact same item on Megusta and placed an order.

When the package arrived, the fit was completely different, even though I ordered the same item in the same size. I’m not sure if the product was altered, defective, or even fake, but I immediately requested a return.

That’s when the real nightmare began. As per their policy, I first emailed them to request a return - no response. I emailed again - still nothing.

I then resorted to calling. The first time, they claimed they had never received my emails but assured me they would send a return label. Of course, no label ever arrived. When I called the next day to follow up, I asked how long it really takes to send a simple return label. The representative, Isaac, responded sarcastically: “Good question, how long does it take?” By then, I was beyond frustrated and just wanted to send the item back.

Isaac then asked me to send a new email directly to his personal email address, promising to handle my return request personally. I sent the email - again, no reply. When I called to confirm, he admitted he received it and said they were “working on it.” Days passed, and still, no return label.

At that point, I had no choice but to dispute the transaction with my bank, and thankfully, I should be getting my money back soon.

Overall, this company is an absolute disgrace. I shop online frequently and have never encountered such a terrible experience. Save yourself the headache and think twice before ordering from this store.

J'ai commandé un article le 17 novembre. Il devait être livré entre le 21 et le 23 novembre : nous sommes le 8 décembre, et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Le numéro de suivi indique que le colis n'a toujours pas été confié à PostNL par l'expéditeur. Je commence à croire que je me suis fait arnaquer.
