Magnetic Pens
I had to order a very large quantity of magnetic pens for a marketing campaign. The first order was perfect the second order came out with a few missing magnets as soon as I told Mega they sent replacements immediately. Great Customer service.

There was a problem with the product supplied ... mismatch colour from Optix (ie not MegaThing themselves). However MT gave a very helpful and generous help with compensating for the problem. So 4* MT, 1* off for Optix

Improved Communication Needed
Your website stated that you had A4 thermal paper rolls in stock. So I ordered a roll because everyone else was out of stock. The payment was processed but no confirmation was received that the order was being processed. Neither did I get an update that you were actually out of stock, let alone a notification about when you thought you might get more stock back in. I have received this survey about my experience of your service but I have not yet received a confirmation that my order has even left your warehouse, that it is on its way, who the carrier is or when I might expect to receive it.
I have checked my junk mail folders and the missing notifications are not showing, so I can only assume that none have been sent.
So unfortunately, due to a significant lack of communication related to my order and the delay in delivering, I can only give this service one star.
There are many automated systems available for online transactions that literally inundate buyers with information about their transaction and where delivery is up to, I recommend that you invest in keeping your customers in the loop - especially when there is an issue with delivery.

Quality better than expected.
Product ordered was of a better quality than I was expecting. Arrival of package was fairly prompt, after I received notification that my order had been shipped. It did take a little longing than I was expecting for my order to be shipped, despite the heads-up that there would be delays in items being shipped. Would also need to check with customer service regarding their usage of the term “flat rate shipping” for deliveries to Tasmania (metro address). It was ‘flat rate’ for the first 3 items, but if I added additional items, the shipping price went up $11 for each additional item. I obviously keep my order to the initial first 3 items. Would still be happy to order from them again.
