Terrible experience
Terrible experience. All four command containers that I purchased arrived filled with mountains of dust! They had obviously been sitting in a storeroom or similar storage space for a very long time and were not checked prior to sending to me.
I tried to wash off all the dust but the containers became stained, so the dust essentially rendered them unusable as they were no longer white (as they are supposed to look) but rather, they turned white with many grey patches/marks/stains.
Because I had opened the package that was sent to me and I washed the containers myself (due to all the dust I found inside each container), I also could not return the items to get a refund. So, all in all, I received no usable goods and lost all the money I spent, which was over $130. I was and still am very upset.

Shameful not only that you delayed my…
Shameful not only that you delayed my entire stationary order for the sake of one stapler about 2 inches long, but when I complained about the delay I was told this was your policy, with no attempt to overcome the issue or have some alternative stapler provided to allow the order to be delivered. Dreadful. Shoddy.
