Throughout the whole-very rapid- process of buying a house in Cowes, ALL the ladies at Megan Baker were competent, very willing to offer, or find out about, extra information eg tree surgeons.
But they were also very respectful of the tenant's privacy and emotional state (the tenant became suddenly ill enough to go to hospital). They gave the impression of working together as a TEAM.
We would definitely recommend them.

The best estate agent in Cowes
The best estate agent in Cowes. They are the only estate agent in Cowes that has had patience and persistence to sell my house. Anne and her team have gone above and beyond my expectations in bringing the right profile of buyer to my property. They have worked tirelessly with the solicitors, surveyors and even organized a charity furniture clearance for me.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was looked after from day one. All members of staff who I talked to found it no trouble to deal with and resolve any questions put to them.
Considering I lived far away from the property I was selling, the Megan Baker team did all the leg work and, the admin required to make the sale of my property a breeze.
So it's a big THANK YOU to all the team and, I will definitely recommend you to anyone who I know may need a future house sale.

First class from valuation to sale.
From the moment Anne came to value the bungalow we were impressed with her knowledge of the area and the market. She didn't hesitate to put an exact value on it which she was confident we would get, and we did.
The team at Megan Baker brought numerous potential buyers and an offer of the asking price was quickly on the table. From that time we sat back and the team arranged everything very smoothly. We were kept informed all the way and the so called 'most stressful experience of your life ' didn't exist for us.
I have no hesitation in recommending Megan Baker Estate Agents.
