Happy to report a very good experience. All the team are friendly, personable and positive, and helped navigate me through the process of buying my house. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. This just wasn't true in my case. Megan & her team were exceptionally helpful and always available to answer questions. We were buying a property through Megan Baker, and from the beginning it was a very professional and personal experience, from the walk through video of the property, with helpful commentary for once, and not just background music, to the post sale service. Anne is excellent at keeping you updated on what’s happening throughout your chain and she doesn’t just wait for things to happen, she is always making things happen. She shows great empathy and understanding of the situation you are in and does her utmost to make the journey as bearable as possible. Without her continued efforts I think we both might have given up!!

I don't usually write reviews but the team at Megan Baker are true angels. Our sale was not straight forward and I found the process very challenging from a mental health perspective. I truly felt that the team cared about us as a family and not just the sale of our property.
