I have gotten no help with getting my reward on brochure games there is basically no one who gets back to you all contact information on the platform goes no where including the help contact it's upsetting I went back and forth with tremendous who issues the rewards for a month why they moved my problem to a tier 2 support who told me in the end they don't see it so. No matter me showing codes and emails or the fact it's stuck in pending on my game got me nothing. No help just that I should Google the contact number of the platform I was playing and try to get ahold of someone else even though I have a code that supposedly they receive to issue the rewards but no help not even a number to get real help just told to Google it and it's not their problem whatever happened to customer service it doesn't matter I spent my time and money on these games and it doesn't feel very good to get ripped off by these million dollar companies and now can't even get good help to figure out what the problem is.

I’m still waiting for my 100 paypal gift card. I’m poor and rely on games to make money I didn’t know Richie games was a scam. I found out lots of people are waiting for their payouts. I demand this money now. RICHIE GAMES YOU SUCK AND YOUR APP DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN. How dare you scam people? I’m going to get my money or I’m reporting you to the consumer protection agency. Please give me my 100 dollar payment. I’ve been waiting since April 17th. I want to believe that there’s something going on with your app like bugs or something like that but pretty sure you guys a scam. This sucks. I’m disabled and I need that money. It says my payment is in review.

Ho inviato sia a loro che Support Team di Richie Games DECINE di segnalazioni, ma non mi ha MAI risposto nessuno!
App e sviluppatori NON SERI! Metto una stella, perchè meno non è possibile!
Un consiglio: NON FIDATEVI, si prendono gioco dei loro utenti, facendo loro perder tempo, impegno e denaro!

Companies in obvious scam it may have started as something but is now not paying out anybody hundreds of dollars per person I hope these people are in the United States so we do can be a class action lawsuit

Me inscribí en su página Richie Game para ganar algo de dinero extra. Tenía que conseguir 450000 puntos para un pago de 72 euros. Después de dos meses jugando y haciendo encuestas, conseguí llegar al objetivo.
Cuál fue mi sorpresa que me dicen que para poder cobrar, tengo que hacer 5 compras en las aplicaciones que he jugado, cuando eso no lo decían antes en ningún sitio. Hago las 5 compras y me autorizan el poder solicitar el pago de 72 euros.
Después de 3 semanas en revisión del pago y haber escrito muchos correos sin contestación, recibo esta respuesta.

Parece que su solicitud de recompensa ha sido rechazada de acuerdo con nuestros Términos y Condiciones debido a que inició sesión en Richie a través de una dirección IP bloqueada, asociada a un servidor proxy. Los enrutadores o módems modificados pueden tener el mismo efecto que una VPN, lo que podría haber provocado que su red fuera marcada. Lamentablemente, la dirección IP asociada a su cuenta está vinculada a un servidor proxy conocido. Tenga en cuenta que las VPN y herramientas similares están estrictamente prohibidas en nuestra plataforma.

Una dirección IP también puede ser incluida en la lista negra si se crean varias cuentas desde la misma dirección IP, lo que se considera actividad de bot, o si se aprovecha el tiempo de inactividad para obtener recompensas de tiempo de juego sin interacción real con los juegos.

Yo no tengo ni idea de IP ni de VPN ni BOTS ni nada relacionado con eso. Lo único que hice fue jugar y rellenar encuestas desde mi móvil.
Son unos estafadores qué juegan con el tiempo perdido por las personas que jugamos a su juego.

The only thing that could improve trustpilot is if we could give 0 stars because that's all these scammers deserve. Cash out minimum was $50. I did some offers, even paid money to complete said offers ($50 to be exact) and managed to rack up $125 to cash out. They said 2-5 business days, but then it's nothing but radio silence for a couple weeks mow. The email they send you to ask for assistance doesn't work. It seems no one works there. And to make things even sketchy-er, once you do hit the cash out option, the $50, $75, and $80 cash out options vanish. The minimum is then jacked up to $100 but it doesn't matter because they aren't going to cash out the first one anyway.

Edit: it has been about 50 days and there has been no response. Any time a review is left, their bot just tries to redirect you to their email address for help, which they do not answer. I have sent 11 emails.

This company is apparently the parent company of Richie games which turns out to be a fake app that takes users money and will not cash out or even respond back to any email and you can't even email mega fortuna because on their website once you try to send an email all it says is that you cannot send at this time and to try again later! Highly don't recommend!

Would give negative stars if possible, the richie games app that is owned by this company has no support response, phone numbers disconnected, and unable to send a message from the website. Money is owed to me for task completion a month ago and money spent in games for tasks is now lost! Absolutely scam and fraud by this company!

This company owns a site called Richie games. I'm a domestic violence survivor. I barely escape with my life. I've had a knife out tooth a broken shoulder a broken foot a broken cheek and I just say my home from foreclosure. I'm still trying to escape the mental sexual and financial abuse that I've suffered that I wouldn't even wish am I worst enemy. Happy small children ages 9 6 and 7 one who is very sick as I am also very sick and still trying to recover. Duty is very financial abuse I am really struggling right now while still trying to survive the situation because I'm not completely out of it. I recently signed up for this app called Richie. Initially they always had a $50 payout option however I had to plan an app until I reached a certain level in order to opt out which was extremely disappointed because I needed this money and I mean I'm in a dire situation and I'm begging anyone to do anything. I played this game for 2 weeks straight and purchase in that purchases with the hopes that they would keep their word and pay me my money. I earned $215. I was finally able to reach the threshold and cash out. That was a good thing because I was just about ready to give up after being violated so many times and then having to go through this after being violated so many times and barely escaping with my life. Actually have documentation to prove this I have over five orders protection I've had to refrain order I have pictures of scars and I have small children that I'm trying to take care of I'm under disability and I desperately need that money however once I cash out $150 they remove the $50 threshold and now I have to play for another two to three weeks to get the rest of the money that I earn which is obviously a scam. I should be able to withdraw all of that money but now I have to play in another app spend more money countless days countless nights when I am so sick that I could die any moment which I can also prove and this is what they do to me. I earned that money so can play please can anyone show me where it says that the threshold we removed as soon as you cash out since you have to go through hoops to get the rest of the money that you've already earned. It's unethical and it's not fair. I actually seen a person who was terminally ill saying that they went to the same thing. This person is literally dying and they would do this to them 😓.. I don't understand why they would take advantage of society's most vulnerable individuals. You have to literally watch an ad every 2 seconds plus I'm sure that their business partners are paying to be on there they are making so much money and they would do this to people why I just don't understand. I just buried my sister. My brother was a police officer who committed suicide I've been through so much since the last thing I needed I haven't slept in days I have high blood pressure.. I'm extremely sick and I've been so financially abused that I had to start doing things like this just to supplement my income and feed my kids. I earn that money and now they're holding on to it that's a scam that's manipulative that's not there that's fraud. The emotional distress it had suffered use this app is undescribable and obviously it's not a mistake because they actually do this to so many people.. initially I did apologize to them because I jumped the con and I was trying to get paid within 5 days and they actually did send me a payout initially of 150 but I earned $215 so I should have been able to go back in immediately cash out another $50 gift card however it has been removed and it has never come back. Does that now mean that my money is just stuck in there unless I play another game for another two weeks to make it to level 300 no that's deceptive is morally corrupt it lacks integrity and I'm going to contact the game that I actually played to let them know that I also felt scammed and I'm going to keep talking until somebody listens and helps me because I'm tired of being victimized by individuals like this. I swear to God, I almost died. And you do this to me. This isn't right is being done on purpose and I really don't appreciate it. As she would continue to pay an app if you to play pay me my money but now you are refusing and every other game there's like make it to 800 make it to level this make it to level that which is impossible without doing for like weeks at a time I already earn this money I should be able to cash it out you're holding it hostage and forcing me to participate in more games and purchase in that purchases just to get the money I already made out. This is unacceptable I promise you that and I'm not doing it anymore. I have a heart condition no one is here to take care of my kids. I've been in Heidi I'm almost lost my life I've almost lost my house my son is sicking these food you don't understand what it's like to be sexually abused and then stolen from. beat within a inch of life, now this 😔

Usei um dos aplicativos da empresa e estou profundamente arrependido. Sao golpistas e criminosos. Tenho um saque no aplicativo pendente a mais de um mes e nao pagam, não extornam e devolve os pontos pra que eu retire por outro metodo, não respondem de maneira adequada. Fora que, completei uma missao que ja me daria pontos pra outro saque e não recebi esses pontos. A empresa diz que a provedora que tem que pagar e a provedora alega ja ter dado os pontos. A pratica da empresa esta configurada no crime de estelionato.
