It's been 2 weeks since I ordered an item... Info from order said that I'll get the item within 5-7days, but still I don't get it.
Plus, the tracking number is missing! How is it possible not to let customer know a tracking number??? Every parcel does have its own trk numer, don't?? Store says that I didn't pay for such a service, but to be honest shall I pay extra for tracking numer? Is that rational??
Customer service let me go regional post office so I went there 2 times. Ofcourse they can't find parcel since I don't know the tracking number!!!
Seriously if I knew that I might not have tracking number with economy delievery then definately I wouldn't choose it..

Unfortunately we cannot provide any further information other than when it was dispatched. You didn't purchase the international delivery option which provides a tracking number. We don't set the costs for the postage service, royal mail does therefore we cannot amend shipping.

Goods delivered eventually after a lot…
Goods delivered eventually after a lot of confusion. We paid for DPD delivery, the acknowledgment said sent via Royal Mail, which we cloud not receive at the location. On contacting the company was met with a number of we only use Royal Mail comments, so why charge extra for DPD?
To cut a long story short, eventually the company did advise the courier would be DPD, but not one utterance of apology that they were wrong and the cause of a lot of upset.
