Questionable car and location
The car had tires that looked like spares without any rims. The car only had around 30k miles but sounded and ran horribly. The website wasn’t clear that this place wasn’t located at the airport. There was a cat roaming the office
Dishonest
I don’t know why you partner with Expedia if you are not going to honor the marketed prices! After the insurance was bought with the reservation and went to pick up the car. They said that it was bought for nothing and as per their policy they can only use their own policy which is triple the price and at that point you are already there and of course they know you were already counting with the car. Also they don’t tell you anything about the tolls so they can charge you x5 the fees after.

My flight was delayed until the next day. I came in at 6 am on a Saturday but your location was not open. Your customers service representative kept telling me someone was coming to pick me up at aisle 1. I called for 2 hours. After I paid $30 for a taxi to get to your location. Where I was not reimbursed for my spending. I was charged a extra $120 dollar for my rental. Customers service person working at your location stated that the vehicle I reserved was no longer available compact car however my purchase was with priceline.com was for the vehicle or similar. The location looks like a shake or abandon building with unprofessional workers inside. Get t shirt or something so people would know you work for company. I will never refer this company for any rentals. I would like a refund asap.
Deceptive Practices-Unprofessional
First, the rental car company took forever to send a shuttle. Second, they are running a scam where they refuse your insurance and force you to double the reservation price with their insurance. They change the price of their cars on a minute to minute basis. A manager who wears American eagle Outfitters Apparel and looks 23 with a greasy beard greets you when you need help. A woman who looks like a crime boss family matriarch paces around the place on a phone looking like she is responding to creditors. You should not trust these people.
Positive experience
I ignored some of the reviews and rented here. Glad I did. They picked me up within a few mins. The agency is offsite but I had a pleasant driver. My rental went smoothly and the car I reserved was there. I got a return to the airport that was ready right when I returned my car. I got an accurate receipt in my email two days later. Can’t ask for much more.

The store front was not at the airport and had less than desirable curb appeal. The car had a stale cigarette odor.
Great Company but could have been better...
Overall experience was great the only reason I am not putting 5 stars was because I was told to return the car at 5AM and the location was closed and my flight was at 6AM so i was stressing the whole time about me missing my flight and what to do with the car. No instructions were given as what to do with the car if it was closed. Luckily someone showed up at 5:20 ish and I was able to return the car and I was given a ride to airport where I had to rush through security to catch my flight.
BEWARE
BEWARE! The company is unprofessional and deceitful. Save yourself time and unnecessary stress by using another company. Trust me, the few dollars you may save isn't worth the problems they are sure to give.
Third party rental car company
When we arrived they asked us to provide our insurance declaration page. We wasted time contacting AAA so they can provide it. Tried to email it to them from phone but wasn’t going through. Very unprofessional. This is a way to play with your patience and make u buy their insurance. But I refused. And I screenshot every page of my insurance and text to the employee personal phone. She told us to return car before 7pm because they close at 8:00. Got there quarter to 7:00 and place was closed already. The guy detailing car in back got us on phone with someone. He told us to wait for employee to finish cleaning car and he will drive us to airport. What else could go wrong more than that. The Ukrainian employee was so nice and made sure to drop us to catch our flight. Never get a rental from third party companies.

Abort!
The gentleman at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. This location is NOT at the airport. First, you have to call and wait for them to send a van. It took 40 min, since I landed, to get to the rental place. Then 1 hour and 20 min to get the car. They play the add insurance and toll game and there is NOTHING professional about this company. It was raining very hard and the entire time he left the windows open, so the front seats were soaked!! There is no inspection with them, to discuss existing scratches or car damage. 30 years of traveling for work , this rental car company Is hands down the worst. I asked for a print out of the contract because they added $350 for deposit… he said we don’t have a printer and nobody reads that.. please just sign… he also said we are closing so can you please sign now and go! This experience was more like a Saturday Night Live skit on horrible service. Truly amazing to me that this place is in business. The employees are young, immature, and grossly incompetent. I’d rather walk then rent from this company on my next visit to Charlotte. 0/10.
Pleasant & Courteous
First auto should not been in service bad front tire , return after drove 10 miles . The people there apologized & replaced with another auto. The staff was excellent & pleasant to deal with , this was the 2nd time renting & will rent from them again.
Convenient and friendly service, cars not in best condition
The check-in, check-out and shuttle experience were all wonderful and the cars are less than 5 minutes from the airport. The car however was in dissatisfactory condition both inside and out. Every seat was covered in stains, and there were scratches and dings all over the outside. When I asked to switch cars I was told there would be an up charge. Okay for the value, but wish the cars were better.

Your policy on insurance is ridiculous
Your policy on insurance is ridiculous. I have traveled professionally for 40 years. I have always had full coverage on insurance with my carrier. Your routine of entering policy information to verify coverage is a scam. My carrier verified full coverage but you still required me to purchase your coverage.

When I reserve a standard size SUV and was given a Toyota Corolla Cross for the same rental fee, it doesn't call for a good review. The rental facility in Charlotte, NC is a shack off airport behind an auto body shop.

First, I was surprised to find out that “Economy” wasn’t located at the Charlotte airport. Another customer, already at your off-site location voiced the same concerns. I really don’t know how I missed seeing that your counter was off-site.
Secondly, I have never experienced such rude and obnoxious behavior from anyone as I did from the young African American lady that initially helped me. The man that preceded me, experienced the same behavior from this person. She was unbelievably rude!!!!!
I have learned a lesson from this experience and will be extra careful when renting vehicles.
