Please note that you will have to pay an extra £20 on top of the parking fee. £10 for the bus ride to the airport and another £10 back. And that is per person.
You would think that you'd be picked up within a more or less reasonable waiting time. When I dropped my car off at the car park, I was told to call them as soon as possible after landing because it takes them some time to come pick you up. So, I called. I was told the bus would pick me up in 40 minutes.
By the time I passed passport control, I had 4 missed calls. I called that number back, and it turned out the bus was already waiting. Just 10 minutes after I had been told it would take 40 minutes. I don’t know what that driver was thinking. Did they expect me to be ready to board the bus just 10 minutes after landing?
After getting my suitcase, I went to the designated pickup spot. I got there quickly. It took me 30 minutes in total, and originally the bus was supposed to arrive in 40 minutes. It didn't show up. It still hadn't arrived an hour after my first call.
I called their office. I was told the bus would arrive in 7 minutes and that it was a white Mercedes. I waited for 15 minutes. Nobody came. I called again. They said the bus was right there and would arrive in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, it was still not there. I called and asked if they actually knew how long a minute is when they promise the bus will arrive within the given time. Only then did they promise to contact the driver and check. I had been waiting for over an hour past the promised time.
Then the driver called me to say he was there and asked where I was. It wasn't a white Mercedes bus at all, and the registration number was different too. Finally, I got to the car park and got my car back. There were 4 other people coming with me. They just wait until there are more passengers. They can't be bothered to drive out for just one person. Disgraceful! This car park is no more than a 10-minute drive from the airport, and I was fooled around for over an hour. I will never use their services again.

Booked IMG meet & greet at Luton airport for 16 Sept. Called when 30 mins out to be advised the service was no longer meet & greet (due to issues with LTN Airport) and now had to find a car park in the centre of Luton to get the bus in.
On returning to the car after the holiday, the pot of coins approx £6-7 in one of the cup holders had been reduced to £1, someone clearly helped themselves to it. Tried to complain, e-mail address doesn't work. absolute disgrace of a service.

I booked airport parking through Compare Airport Parking Extras with IMG Parking Ltd, paying extra for Meet and Greet.

On arrival at Luton on 18/9/26, I followed the booking instructions to the Meet and Greet area and incurred a £9 airport charge. I was then told I should have followed a WhatsApp pin, which I had not seen, directing me 15 minutes away to Khan Automotive Ltd, a second-hand car sales yard. I handed over my keys but received no receipt or vehicle condition report and was taken to a minibus.

On returning at 02:30 on 21/9/26, I again was not met at the airport and was taken by minibus to the same location.

My electric car was at approximately 73% charge when left but 62% when collected, suggesting it may have been driven around 30 miles without my permission.

There was also an unusual issue when booking: while I was still completing the online booking, I received an unsolicited call offering to undercut the price. I questioned how they had obtained my mobile number and knew I was booking this service, declined the offer and completed the booking online to ensure I had written confirmation.

I have raised these concerns with the company and Trading Standards.

This is the worst experience I have EVER had with airpot car parking. It was NOT airport meet & greet - we were directed to a building site in Luton to park the car and then had to wait for a minibus to drive us to the airport, adding 30 minutes to our journey and delayed our check in. It was even worse on the way back, and everyone on the minibus back to the car park was fuming. They don't pick up the phone, customer service is awful. The details of everything that went wrong are too numerous to list here, but I can say that I will never use this company again and I advise everyone else to avoid them too. Just awful. A total scam. DO NOT USE!!

Worst company I have every used! They left me for 2.5hrs, putting phone down or putting me on hold. Constantly lied about when my car would arrive then after 2.5hrs they sent a minibus as no one avail to offer meet and greet. Car was parked in a dirty yard at the back of luton, really dodgy. Dont use

**Avoid IMG Parking Limited company.**
We left our car with them for airport parking, but it was returned after being driven approximately 70 mile, despite only being left to be moved to their parking facility. It was switched from Eco to Sport mode, used our fuel, and returned filthy, with cigarette ash inside and dirty shoe marks all over the rear carpets, suggesting it had been used to carry multiple passengers.

Even more concerning, while we were already on the plane, they brought our car back through the airport car park and left it there, where it apparently remained for the entire day without parking being paid for. We subsequently received a £100 fine, despite the vehicle being in their possession at the time.

Our dashboard camera had also been removed, and a “Power Shift” warning appeared when we collected the vehicle.

When we contacted the company with our evidence and requested a full refund, they were extremely dismissive, essentially telling us to “go for it” when we said we would report the matter to the police. They showed no intention of explaining or resolving the situation.

We are now reporting the incident and providing our evidence to the relevant authorities. **Extremely unprofessional and deeply concerning experience.**

Drop off: I had to drive to them. It wasn't an airport drop off due to some "issues" they were having! 10 minutes into Luton at 9pm to a sketchy car park with very poor signage - the operator on the phone couldn't direct me to where it was, and had clearly never been there himself.

Pick up: Writing this review whilst having waited an hour already. Rang multiple times, the guy said he'd contact the driver and call me back. He didn't, I rang again. Still stood outside waiting as I type this.

I wouldn't book meet and greet with IMG again.

Not even worth any stars! Paid for meet and greet and on the day advised to go to a dodgy looking wasteland 3 miles from the airport. Hung around for a minibus to take us to the terminal. Added 40 minutes to our journey effectively. Gave us a bullshit story that it was due to maintenance at the airport. Joke of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We dropped our car off on some waste land, told we had to pay an extra £20 to get to the airport and back, we were then dropped off at Luton in zone B, told to call them when we land and they will collect us from zone B.

We call, around 8-10 times, each time either being spoken to in a language we didn’t understand, then being put on hold for 10 mins at a time! And still didn’t get anywhere!
We were waiting an hour at 4am in the morning,
Eventually we get through to a driver who says he is on his way,
He drops our car off with us and when we tell him disappointed we were with the service he disappears!!!

We used this service as it was reasonably priced, but never ever again.

If they cannot speak adequate English to give customers the information they need they shouldn’t be trading, neither should they leave cars in some kind of rubble waste land.

A hard lesson learned by us as we will never use them again, neither will we reccomend this company.

Do not book this car park! Police have seized the car park due to them running an illegal parking service.

Booked a meet and greet service for Luton airport but turned out to be a park and ride service. Upon our return to Luton I called to arrange the pick up to be told
They have a maintenance issue and I have to make my own way to their yard at my own cost. Staff on the phone were extremely rude and unhelpful and pretty much so said if I want my car back then I’ll
Make my own way there.

So after a taxi ride to the yard I then find police tape on the gate and incompetent staff spouting some rubbish that there isn’t an issue.

One staff member said it’s an immigration issue while another said a customer complained about a car being stolen. After a phone call with Bedfordshire police it turns out they are running an illegal car parking scheme and the police have seized the sites.

Awaiting a response from IMG parking limited but let’s be honest that’s not going to happen.

If I could give a 0 star review I would but my only advice is avoid at all costs

Police have ceased all cars as the company was using cars for illegal activity luckily we got our car back but had to spent an extra 55 to drop off and collect AVOID AT ALL COST

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING – IMG PARKING LUTON SHOULD BE AVOIDED

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TRUSTING IMG PARKING WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

My experience with IMG Parking at Luton Airport has been nothing short of appalling.

I booked and paid for a Meet & Greet parking service. I expected to arrive at Luton Airport, hand my vehicle over to the parking company and have it safely returned to me when I came back.

That is NOT what happened.

I arrived at Luton Airport in the early hours of the morning and followed the instructions on my booking confirmation, calling IMG Parking to tell them I had arrived.

After waiting, I was eventually contacted by someone from IMG Parking and told something extremely concerning:

I was told that IMG Parking no longer had access to the parking compound because the POLICE HAD TAKEN CUSTODY OF THE SITE.

Yes — you read that correctly.

The compound where customers’ vehicles were being kept had been taken into police custody, and customers were apparently expected to deal with the consequences themselves.

I had paid for a Meet & Greet service. Instead, I was told that I had to make my own way to the compound because IMG could no longer access it.

This raises some very serious questions.

Why were customers not informed before arriving at Luton Airport?

Why was I still able to book and pay for a Meet & Greet service if IMG apparently no longer had access to the compound?

What arrangements were in place for customers’ vehicles?

Who was responsible for the vehicles while the compound was in police custody?

And most importantly:

WHY WAS I NOT WARNED ABOUT THIS BEFORE I TRAVELLED TO THE AIRPORT?

The whole purpose of paying for Meet & Greet is convenience and peace of mind. Instead, I was left stressed and trying to work out what was happening in the early hours of the morning.

But the situation became even more serious when I eventually got my vehicle back.

MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED.

The vehicle was not in the same condition when I received it back as when I handed it over. I have photographs documenting the damage.

At this point, I am left asking a very simple question:

What happened to my vehicle while it was in their care?

I have contacted IMG Parking and Ezybook regarding the incident, but I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.

This isn’t just about poor customer service anymore. This is about trust, accountability and the handling of customers’ vehicles.

If a parking company knows that the site it is using has been taken into police custody, customers should be informed immediately. They should not have to discover this when they arrive at the airport.

And if a customer’s vehicle subsequently comes back damaged, that should be treated as a serious complaint requiring a proper investigation — not something that can simply be ignored.

I paid for a service that I did not receive as advertised.

I certainly did not pay to arrive at Luton Airport and be told that the parking compound had effectively become a police-controlled site, leaving me to make my own arrangements.

I also did not pay to have my vehicle returned with damage.

IMG Parking — I want answers.

Who had control of my vehicle?

Where exactly was it kept?

Who had access to it?

When was it moved?

Who moved it?

Why were customers not notified about the police taking custody of the compound?

And who is accepting responsibility for the damage to my vehicle?

Until these questions are properly answered and the matter is resolved, I would strongly advise anyone considering IMG Parking at Luton Airport to stay well away.

My experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this company.

Avoid !!! Scammers !!! They were trying to sell more than 600 cars in July/August 2026. Police taken away all the permission and the owner is gone with the keys.

Do not use this company! Dont even want to give 1 star! We haven't even had our car returned. When they eventually answered us, told us to make our way home, and they would deliver our car to us. We live over 2 hours away and this was gone 10pm with 2 children. Furious. Apparently the police have seized their garage and they dont have access. They are under investigation. We currently dont have a car! A scam not a company at all..booked through compareyourparking.

Crooks, scammers , liars.

Paid for Meet & Greet – received a park-and-ride service instead

We booked and paid for Meet & Greet at Luton Airport through EzyBook, booking EZY-415015.

On departure we were told to drive to an off-site parking location instead of meeting a driver at the airport. We then had to be transported separately to Luton Airport.

Before our return we specifically called and explained that we would be arriving at around 1am and asked them to make sure our Meet & Greet service would be provided. We were told this would be no problem.

It happened again. Instead of our car being brought to us at the airport, we had to wait for transport and were driven to another location to collect our own vehicle.

We were travelling with two children and an 85-year-old elderly passenger, which is precisely why we paid extra for Meet & Greet.

This was not the service advertised or paid for. It was effectively park-and-ride.

After reading other recent reviews, I was shocked to find several customers describing almost exactly the same experience.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and requested a refund.

I would not book this Meet & Greet service again.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. Upon arrival at the airport called them exactly like the instructions 30 minutes before arriving to the airport . Ended up waiting 20 minutes for my car to be picked up. No paperwork to provide proof and information on where my car was going to be stationed or who was collecting it ,nothing. On return called after landing so i can provide them with enough time to bring my car around. Ended up waiting an hour not to finally get my car but to be picked up by a van that would drop me to the car park. Finally getting my car I thought, only to find out the car be parked at what it seemed to be a construction site with no cover ,no proper roads , no safety lights etc. I would not recommend there services. Very bad communication very long waits no assurance on where your car is being stationed . To top it all off false advertisement, supposedly workers to be in uniform and proof of the ID on them .
Please don’t book with them it will be a big hassle.

They are liars and incompetent people, I waited at midnight with my 1 year old child for an hour and 30 minutes

Please Avoid this company at all costs, your car will not be safe.
The carpark itself is a disaster zone, it’s full of rats running around.
We pulled into the carpark and presumed it was a scrap yard and was in the wrong place so left, we then called the number to say we can’t find you, the reply was not very clear at all, saying follow the postcode you will find us, I then said is the carpark looking like a scene from a war zone, the reply was yes that’s it, we then returned with hesitation, we waited for 10 mins no one was on site then a mini bus turned up, must say it was a pretty nice mini bus, I asked the driver what do we do with the car he then said are they not here, I said no one is here, he just looked at me and said I hope you have recorded your mileage and took a video of your car as it’s not safe and I wouldn’t trust these cowboys with anything they are constantly closing down and starting up in a new name, people are coming back to there cars that have been damaged and extra miles on the clock, at this point two cars turned up with what I would say was some dodgy looking guys, turned out they was the operating staff, he then went over to a porta cabin with us opened the door please note did not unlock it, all the keys to the cars in that carpark had labels with reg numbers laid on a table not locked up just laid there, we should have just walked away and found somewhere else but time didn’t allow that for us unfortunately, on the way to the airport the drivers at this time was very informative obviously not liking the people they had been contracted to work for as not one good word was said about them in fact the term criminals was used on several occasions.
After 6 days we was dreading collecting the car it was midnight by the time we got back to Luton, called them as we got through immigration, they told us to go to the drop off zone D D for delta we arrived 20 minutes later waited 10 mins no one came, I then called again to be told we should be in zone B I said you said D For Delta reply was no B walked over then 5 mins later the mini bus turned up driver apologised for being late but he didn’t get a call to say we was waiting.
On return to the carpark our car was in the middle of the collection point covered in dust inside and out with the engine running light on and keys laid on the seat, I know my car and the starting process and that car had been running for over 10mins, I went to the porta cabin as the light where on but on arrival
No one was to be seen, all the keys laid on a desk with the door wide open, I returned to the bus driver to ask if anyone was about and he just replied probably not.
I then called the number given and it was obvious the person that answered was sitting at home or somewhere as it had the background noise that would reflect the environment.
So all in all I paid for secure parking and it would have been safer leaving it on a side road somewhere. Totally unacceptable.
