Fantastic service
I bought an electronic stethoscope from MedTree a few years ago. After losing the rubber diaphragm, I tried to obtain a spare one from the manufacturer with no success. After ringing MedTree, I was advised that my particular model was no longer produced - hence my difficulty in obtaining the part. After taking my details, the lady I spoke to said she would check with her colleagues and see if she could help. I received a phonecall later that day to say that they had found the part, and this was mailed to me 2 days later. I am really grateful to the staff at MedTree for 'going above and beyond' and ensuring I now have a fully functioning electronic stethoscope again!

I still have not received my order!!! I have emailed you about this! Why are you not doing anything about it!
Following the loss of my parcel by the couriers I contacted medtree quickly despatched a replacement and refunded 25% of my order. A frustrating experience but medtree did everything they could to rectify the issue. I would use them again.

Replacement First Aid items
MedTree supplied replacement items for my personal first aid kit at a very reasonable price. The items were as described and the package was swiftly dispatched and received. All the while they kept me informed of the progress.

Ease of ordering and clarity …
Ease of ordering and clarity of products, loved the updates, when I ordered a product listed as on back order - I received regular updates so I knew exactly when to expect my delivery. The product was known to me as I had ordered before, albeit not with MedTree, however they will be my go to from now on. Highly recommend.

I feel the device is overpriced
I feel the device is overpriced. I expected some sort of pump with it but there wasn’t after wearing it at night as my ankle has been fused.
in the morning, my lower leg felt quite stiff and painful but wore off after awhile will try using it again but it is very bulky
