The forms, what they call the MAP, is a bit complicated and repetitive as prescribed by the General Medical Council, but MEDSU offer a service whereby, given the raw data, they will complete all the paperwork.
The appraiser will, at the end, advise on what could be done to facilitate the exercise next year.
The whole appraisal and revalidation scheme is a total waste of time but, at least MEDSU minimises the frustration of completing such rubbish.

Doing my appraisals with MEDSU for many years now. Always supportive, professional and 'ahead of the curve' of regulatory process developments, if compared to some other offers on the market. A clear focus on getting things right without being over-zealous. Reasonable fees for the quality you get. Have witnessed a continuing investment into people, processes, procedures and technology, making appraisals less time-consuming, more supportive and more 'real-time'.
