Terrible customer service

Took 3 weeks and a chase up email to be sent . Then when I had to return the scrub top it took a further month to chase them up and then they claimed they couldn’t find it so had to send photos and proof of sending and then after 2 months I requested a refund rather than a new top so they then deducted $10 from my refund for processing fees so I was left with no top, paid $20 to post the top back to them and $10 less in my account than I paid for it . Absolutely no apology for delay . Would never purchase from them again. I wrote a letter of complaint to them hoping they would respond at least with an apology but they couldn’t even bother to reply .

3 months to deliver order

After waiting nearly 3 months for my order, I requested a refund, only to be told that they could only refund me 80% as they had a 20% admin fee and a freight fee in accordance with their terms and conditions, and only after they had received it. After reminding them of the Australian Consumer Laws my order arrived 3 days later

Don't purchase from these people

Don't purchase from these people. I haven't received the Stethoscope that I ordered and now they wont answer my phone calls or emails regarding it.

Stay away!

They knowingly delivered the wrong (and used!) stethoscope and the only time I finally managed to get someone on the phone (emails they just didn't answer) he promised a refund if I returned it and so I did. But I could never reach them again by any means and I have just lost all that money.

Dårlig service.

Ingen order bekræftelse, den kommer åbenbart ikke samme dag man bestiller.Skrev med dem på chat, pludselig var samtalen stoppet?? Så var der en der ringede til mig, vedkommende syntes ikke de skulle give sig tilkende? Ikke smart at lade en kunde hænge når det er dem selv der ringer. Venter på de annulere ordren. Håber de i det mindste har styr på det..

This is NOT a NZ shop / company! , It's Australian!!

Ordered 2 anatomical charts from them, they took a number of weeks to get to NZ and with alot of emails and phone calls to the Australian company and just general aggravation!
Avoid them where you can.

Claimed I had not paid despire evidence from me, their bank, and paypal I had paid and abused me on the phone disgusting attitude

I used these guys for a a couple of years with no problems then went to purchase one day and their website processed the paypal payment instead of redirecting me back to their store sent me to an expired certificate warning page. When I eventually navigated back to their store it showed my items as unpaid in my cart. However google had processed the payment. The phone numbers on their website did not work and as the site itself was giving me security warnings I decided to try and cancel the payment as I was worried they might no longer be in business and I couldnt contact them. I lodged a claim with PayPal and they then emailed me asking ke to cancel the claim so they could send the goods. I told them I did not want to cancel the dispute with paypal as if I did so and nothing arrived paypals terms said I could not load another dispute, but that I would cancel it as soon as they sent me tracking, and that the money was currently in their account anyway and if they were worried i might try to dispute the payment once they had shipped they would be covered as they could send paypal my email and the tracking to prove they had shipped the items. However they refused to do this. In the end the paypal claim expired, which I thought meant it would automatically go back to me as the store had not presented any evidence to dispute my claim but for reasons I dont know paypal did not reverse the payment and instead closed the dispute.
So i phoned them to ask them to ship my goods as they now had full and final payment. They refused and said paypal had not paid them, called me a liar and told me to never ever deal with their wtore ever again then hung up on me.
It would have take them less time than it took them to abuse me (I was being perfectly polite to them) to check their own paypal and bank account to see they had been paid. They refused point blank and after writing several emails asking them to ship my goods or Id have to do a bank chargeback, they did not respond. I finally got my money back about 3 months later as that is how long it took the bank to do the chargeback.

After having purchased from them for so long I was disgusted by the way they spoke to me on the phone, it was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Who the heck calls a customer a liar when all they have to do is check their own bank account to see they have been paid!

Appalling service, so I cannot recommend anyone uses this company,
