I booked an MRI appointment and paid for the specific time/date slot, only to be contacted by email and asked to pay another £150, as the price I had paid was "for off peak appointments only", and I would have to wait another 5-6 weeks otherwise. Appointments shouldn't be made available to book in the first place if the price is incorrect!

Understandably, I felt very deceived by this, which was not helped by the staff member I spoke to assuring me that if I paid now, the slot would be secured (when in reality they hadn't spoken to the clinic so they had no idea if it was still available).

I later discovered that I could've booked the same appointment direct with the clinic on their website for £20 less.

I definitely wouldn't recommend the service.

I had recurring problems with my shoulder and wrote to them. I had done a lot of physio but did not work. They wrote back next day and redirected me to their health companion which gave me very clear explanations about what I should do and a list of the best shoulder specialists in London. Nobody took the time to help me this way before. Very helpful.

As a doctor they have booked into my clinic that doesn’t exist . Stay away from this company

They sent me a confirmed appointment email, got to the hospital to find they had no record of it, and the consultant wasn't there.
They rang his secretary who had no trace of an appt and had never heard of meditSimple.
I do not believe this is a legitimate organisation.

I booked for two Fit to Fly test for my parents. I had confirmation emails for both parents to confirm the booking. On the day of the test I received a reminder confirmation email. When my parents get to the centre at Chaplin Road Wembley. They are told the test was stopped back in September.
The shock my parents had as their flight is on Friday. They didn't know what to do both in their 70's. I tried calling the number which then disconnected you saying the number isn't right. I then had to run around and try to find them another booking which now cost them. £80 each. The disgust I now have for this company. I advise to not use them as they send out confirmation which nearly messed up my parents travel. If I wasn't around I don't know what they would have done. Both parents are now stressed before leaving on Friday. What a start to a confusing travel with COVID going on at the moment.
