Jack Needham is most helpful and with a vast experience and knowledge of the NHS pension fund making the difficult process of NHS pension understanding easy. Used medifintech to help me with my McCloud remedy calculations - they were fantastic. Replied to me promptly, explained everything clearly and had forms prepared which made the process as painless as it could have been. They filled in all the details they could on the forms, and explained exactly what I needed to do, including helping with the forms needed to claim back fees from HMRC. No hesitation in recommending them!

Had used before for pension calculation and support with McCloud and was impressed so decided to also use to avoid plugging through the HMRC calculator and getting it wrong myself. They were super speedy, highly responsive and treat you as individual despite large volume processes. They completed all the "donkey work" accurately leaving clear instructions on what bits I needed to do (minimal) and what to do next.
Took a huge amount of stress away, clearly know what they are doing and this gives great confidence. Cost claim back process very straightforward because you are hand held through it. For me this service is invaluable and well worth it - highly recommend

As a consultant and GP, we used Medifintech after hearing positive reviews from both our colleagues and family members.
