Great quality video and sound
Great quality video and sound. Also its good you keep your videos off YouTube and have this private subscription platform. I recouped my subscription fee immediately when i watched Yuja play Liszt's b minor sonata from a 2008 concert.

It’s possible to watch Medici on Samsung smart tv from February, but the resolution is 426 x 290 and I can’t change it, because there isn’t HD button at the bottom right of the player. Please fix this problem urgently watch your videos without compromise. Thankyou

Bel sito, però......
Il sito ha un'ottima programmazione ma non riesco a fare il collegamento per trasmettere iN TV . Se apro il sito con un motore di ricerca in TV si vede tutto sfocato, posso vederlo solo sul PC.
Inoltre per le opere liriche non ci sono sottotitoli in Italiano.

Ecco diversi modi per guardare medici.tv sulla Smart TV:
→ Utilizzare una porta HDMI per collegare il dispositivo al televisore.
→ Trasmettere il contenuto al televisore dal PC, dal telefono Android o dal tablet, utilizzando il Chromecast integrato.
→ Eseguire il casting utilizzando un Chromecast di Google
→ Trasmettere in airplay il contenuto al televisore da qualsiasi dispositivo Apple utilizzando l'Airplay integrato
→ Airplay utilizzando un Apple TV
Airplay e Chromecast devono essere collegati alla stessa rete wifi del dispositivo utilizzato per Airplay o Chromecast.
Per quanto riguarda le opzioni, ne abbiamo alcune con i nostri tecnici in Italia. Contattate help@medici.tv se desiderate che vi venga inviata una lista. Se un contenuto non contiene alcuno strumento, contattateci al medesimo indirizzo affinché possiamo inoltrare la richiesta al produttore!

Good content very poor app
App is horrible. No subtitles, cc button is gone. I can only use screen copy with a web browser on an ipad towards my apple-tv. No native app for google-tv. Content is ok, technically it all seems the same as 2 years back, which is unsophisticated at the least and was a reason for me to stop streaming.

Medici.tv - Remboursement difficile
Bonjour
Suite à un problème d’abonnement, j’ai été en contact avec Julie du service client.
Après 2 ans ils ont enfin accepté de me rembourser (mail reçu de Julie le 06/01/23 m’annonçant mon remboursement) car ils m’avait débité tacitement un abonnement que j’avais déjà renouvelé avec une offre plus intéressante.
Je n’ai reçu aucun remboursement à ce jour. Je les ai informés par mail que je n’avais rien reçu et en leur envoyant mon RIB. Je n’ai reçu aucune réponse.
C’est tout simplement fatiguant de se battre pour obtenir un remboursement suite à un mauvais conseil du service client.
Merci de faire le nécessaire rapidement.

Problème AirPlay …
Je n’ai pas pu me reconnecter avec AirPlay . Il y a 10 jours tout était ok. Subitement c’est fini . Problème Medici/Apple ? Je ne sais. Suis très déçu et fâché. Abonnement d’un an …! Avant j’adorais le transfert tv . Depuis mon IPad . Maintenant impossible…!

je suis abonné à Medici Tv depuis un an.
J'adore la musique classique et le catalogue de medici est incroyablement riche.
Malheureusement je viens d'avoir deux très mauvaises expériences avec le service abonnement.
La première remonte a 2 mois quand j'ai voulu offrir un abonnement cadeau a un ami .
J'ai été débité de deux fois le montant de l'abonnement cadeau .
Suite a une réclamation , j'ai été contacté par le service de médici me rassurant que le second abonnement cadeau me serai remboursé courant janvier .
J'ai fais confiance et rien n'est arrivé.
La seconde , quand j'ai voulu me désabonner le dernier jour de mon abonnement , celui ci était déjà relancé pour un an au prix de 99 euros alors que j'avais l'intention de me désabonner et profiter avec mon ami de l'abonnement cadeau a 29 euros.
j'ai fait une réclamation.
Je viens d'avoir la réponse ce matin .
Après trois mois d'attente , on m’avertis que je vais être remboursée dans les prochains jours ( la même réponse qu'il y a deux mois, j'attend de voir sur mon compte)
Pour ce qui est de l'abonnement a 99 euros , j'aurais du le désabonner 10 mins avant car je l'ai fais à 12h00 et il a été reconduit automatiquement a 11h49.
J'ai des soucis financiers en ce moment et cette facture de 99 euros est un problème pour moi .
Il est vraiment dommage que cette chaine tv ai un service d'abonnement aussi peu fiable et injoignable.

Very poor
Content may be fine but marketing misleading and online support woeful. Bought a year's sub last week to watch on a new Panasonic smart TV and cast doesn't work. Can't get through for support because the website won't recognise my new password and there is no obvious chat or phoneline support. Noting other reviewers' observations on automatic renewal, I unsubscribed to prevent automatic renewal and it terminated on the spot rather than ahead of renewal next year. £49 down the drain.

Casting on TV does not work
I bought a subscription expecting to watch videos on my TV with chromecast. Most of the times the cast was cut off in a few seconds, or it never was loaded. I did not have this problem with other websites. I am very very disapoointed.

They don'nt care at all about their customers requests.
From January 1st 2023 I didn't receive the video broadcasting from Medici.TV on my Smart TV.
They hace several reports about this problem and on the 14th of February we still have the same problem.
If you are interested in a Medici.TV subsription, it is possible that you doesn't receive their video broadcasting on your smart TV because of a buc in their system, and you have lost your contribution
