The product was too small to be of any use. It went straight into the bin.The company perhaps could have made it clear that the one size they had would not be suitable for everyone. I had been under the impression the ‘one size fits all’ which was definitely not the case despite there silly little ‘slide helper’ thing.

We do want to clarify that the Achimed® actually comes in 6 different sizes, so there should be an option that is more suitable .

False advertising
You are not honest about stock availability on your website. I clearly order three in-stock items but only one is actually in-stock and the other two are on back-order without estimated date for delivery. You lost my trust completely.

CCL3 / 4 (IV) / Petite - Closed Toe . 2 pairs they have both laddered early on, bought by me for her this year. Client applies correctly, has been using compression for lymphoedema for 20 years, she has not had this happen before.
