Great products with unique formulas, caring customer service. On top of it, Dr Meder makes sure her clients take informative decisions which includes providing educational content via podcast. I've been their customer for about three years and Circa - Night is my favourite creme.

My personal absolute favourites and must haves are 1EN cleanser, 2EZ mask, 3SN serum, CN, SD and LD creams, myo-fix concentrate and their genius masks of course!
Loooove Meder products!! And especially I’m absolutely thrilled with the EU-Skin cream by Meder. My skin tends to be oily and prone to inflammation along the hairline, and this product has been perfect for me. It doesn’t leave any shine after application — something that’s always been important to me — and the texture is super light. Best of all, it delivers an amazing healing effect without any medical treatments. Highly recommend!
Due to chemotherapy I have very sensitive skin. I started using some of the meder skin care for sensitive skin and it worked really well. So I decided to try their eye cream. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to it. It took me 3 attempts for someone to get back to me. When they did I was told it wasn’t possible to have a reaction as all ingredient is natural, so basically called me liar. So I went on to tell them that my skin is very sensitive due to having chemotherapy and I can’t use the product, to which I never got a reply. I have tried many products and every other company has been so understanding if I’ve had a reaction. Meder beauty were absolutely awful, so I cancelled my subscription with them for the rest of my skincare. I cannot give my money to a company that shoes zero compassion.
The customer service was abysmal. Ordered a product and weeks went by, not a peep...finally I contact them and they say they have some problem w/ the labels (I mean they couldn't have let me know??) then more time goes by (past 2nd date of promised delivery) again not a word until I contact them. Such a lack of professionalism - no offer to give. discount or anything for the huge inconvenience - anyway it gave me time to find some better products elswhere- good bye Meder beauty
