Useless!... I was in urgent need of medical supplies the give subcutaneous fluids to my late stage chronic kidney disease dog who is really deteriorating day by day..... 1 week after ordering I called to inquire about the status of the shipping as I had heard nothing at all since making my purchase.... they told me that the supplier was on holiday the whole week prior and my order should be processed in the next few days! WTF??... thanks for the communication that there will be a significant delay in processing my order!.... I would of tried to source what I needed elsewhere!..... hopefully my dog doesn't die you scum bags!..... I have had better communication buying useless junk off ebay..... you are dealing with medical supplies you at least need to have a sense of urgency with updating your customers of the status of their orders especially when it comes to delays!

I had some issues with the order I placed and the MedCart staff bent over backwards to help resolve my problem. Their staff reminded me what excellent customer service looks like. I would highly recommend this service.

Good prices listed but as they come from different suppliers, all were lobbed with excessive shipping costs (one box of disposable show covers "on sale" for $14.95 and then a rediculous $39.95 shipping just for them, not including anything else I ordered in the same Cart). I am not even going through with my order and that was a waste of my morning trying to do a bulk order through the one company.

Ordered 3 COVID tests packs ( 15 nasal swabs) for less than $40.00 including $10.00 shipping on 17/1/24: Shipping started same day and parcel was due between 29/1 and 7/2. It arrived yesterday 24/1/24. Placing another order today for a pack of 30 for $68 and will likely add some saliva tests for my wife. Never received product. I emailed multiple times. Left messages for “Kim”. Nothing back whatsoever and no product. Fraud.

My order was processed very quickly and easily ,then only a short wait for delivery, Very happy customer !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. ORDER FROM THEM A YEAR IN ADVANCE OR ID RECOMMEND A MORE TRUSTED SELLER. THESE PLATFORMS SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!

very bad order still didnt arrive after 1 month

Items (N95 masks) showed as in stock, so purchased with an expected arrival time of one week. 6 weeks later after multiple follow-ups, only after a final request to cancel and refund my order they miraculously were shipped (the day after I requested the cancellation of my order) I then received a blunt email response advising they’re shipped so no refund.

I found medcart’s ordering and receiving process very easy and was a prompt service.

Avoid like you would avoid covid. Do not trust items that appear to be in stock, they will provide you with an invalid tracking number for 3-4 weeks then blame their supplier or the business they are buying through. Like amazon, they are a middle man and use this as an excuse for their unethical and untrustworthy business practices. I never received my items.

They make the sale, then 3 weeks later say that other bigger orders came through a week after mine, and all the stock now went to the bulk order, so I just have to wait another week or more. Says a lot about what they think of small businesses.
