Able to complete continuing education at my desk, when time is available. Great tool to have when working for the VA, as we are too busy to take days off for CEUs.

Poor support, decent software
The software is good once you get logged in. It allowed me to create a user id that was not an email address, but I couldn't login with it. Once I changed it to an email address it worked.
I found the tech support to be quite snarky and argumentative. All support was via email with no telephone support. I guess it's easier to be argumentative via email.
