The reason I chose you again was the exceptional level of service and care my wife and I received during our first visit for surgery. This time around, you have not disappointed.

From the moment I stepped off the plane, the care has been outstanding. The airport pickup, hotel, hospital, dental care, and my surgery have all been handled with such professionalism and kindness that I truly don’t have the words.

I want to express a big thank you to everyone involved in my care, the hospital staff, and my coordinators who managed everything seamlessly between my operation and dental treatment.

I honestly can’t praise you all enough.

This is exactly why I returned for a second time, and once again, you have exceeded my expectations.

Had my composite bonding over a year ago, they looked awful and have had bleeding gums, then when I asked to come so they could take them off, which by the way is a very simple procedure, they told me I would have to pay a ridiculous amount. Very inconsiderate staff

I was very impressed with the quality of this company. The coordinator was excellent. Dr Baris and his team outstanding . The attention to medical care and safety is amazing. Thankyou to all the team and wouldn't hesitate to visit again in the future.

So scammy and unprofessional, they botched my rhinoplasty and when I asked to come back and fix it they quoted me £5000, even though it says on the website £2399 and even though they said they were going to give me a ‘special discount’, when I questioned the price they said it’s because it’s a secondary nose job and they need to use piezo technology to sculpt the bone even though I was asking for my nose to only be widened slightly to fix their own mistake, and they ignored my other request for another surgery too so they didn’t even listen to what I wanted, then when I asked them how much it would be for a mid face lift alone they quoted me £3500, even though on the website it literally says £2349 for a FULL face lift, so a mid face lift should have been way cheaper than this. When I sent them this screenshot proof and asked why they’re quoting me so much they said ‘that was a special campaign that’s finished’, even though that price has been listed on their website for over two years at least! They were really rude to talk to, awful communication and I’ve also just seen some articles online that say they delete their bad reviews and they’re going bust because of how awful they are!! Such a scammy company stay away from them!!

Firming cream and brush, were do i start WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH first when removing the brush from the box it fell to bits and as far as the firming cream goes dont waist your hard earned money, it must have been tested on a 18 year old contacted them on several occasions and just kept geting the same reply, sory for your disapointing experience but your only geting a 40% refund or return it and you will have to pay postage and that was costing even more to return to china never again will i purches from this company, please do your homework befor purchesing yourself that is just my personal opinion i do have photos of brush if recwested.

The process was really smooth. The moment i arrived i felt extremely welcome, the staff were amazing, quick and sufficient but also had no trouble going into detail about anything i requested and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t fault the experience, i am now on a smooth recovery and i couldn’t thank them any more. Since being at home for a month since my surgery, staff still check in and make sure everything is okay. I’m really happy that i picked Medaway and i would choose them again. Thank you!

Good experience with my teeth whitening and replacement composite bonding. Really helpful communication messaging via WhatsApp. I didn’t get my appointment time until the day before so don’t make other plans, I flew over the day before to allow plenty of time. Sefa was lovely to meet and helpful with translating/support and communication.
I would use them again for dental work.

All workers in the clinic were great especially Dr Baris - who took time to come to my hotel to change my bandage and clean my head at midnight as my return flight was early

I came back just 5 days ago from 360 tummy tuck/body lift and 4 areas of liposuction. No money was given before I saw the surgeon on the day of my operation.
I paid for my flights and cosmetic medical insurance only.

I got picked up from the airport. Yes I had to wait about 30mins for the transfer to arrive but tbh that is no issue. Got taken straight to the Orien surgery centre. Very nice and tidy with up to date medical equipment. I was taken to my room with good and clean facilities and a nurse came and introduced herself immediately. A full set of blood, cannula inserted, observations checked and ecg was completed to check my health. I was provided dinner and explained to not eat after 2am to prepare for surgery the next morning.
The next morning the anaesthetist came to see me at 7am, good English, he checked my airways, bloods results, my medical history and allergies etc. Dr Selami (the surgeon I choose also has good English) came to see me around 8am, again asked lots of questions, allergies, checked bloods etc. looked at my body and advised me to have 360 instead of extended. It was only then that after agreement from myself and the surgeon that I signed documents and money was exchanged.
I was given a gown, hat, stockings and pants to prepare for surgery and advised I would be going down around midday.
The nurse came and collected me just after midday and took me to the sterile field area just before the entrance to theatre, I remember limited English here but all the nurses were checking my name, allergies and procedure. My cannula was then flushed and I was given the anaesthetic via my cannula. I remember being taken into theatre and within seconds I was asleep. The next thing I know I am making up. I can hear them calling my name. The next I was back in my room with my observations constantly being taken, fluids running and nurses in the room monitoring me. I was shaking and the nurses were quick to respond by providing me with a warm air under my blanket (shaking is Normal following surgery).

That evening I was monitored constantly given IV paracetamol and IV antibiotics and a second bag of fluids. The nurse helped me out of bed about 6 hours later to help me to walk and then Removed my catheter when happy I was okay to get to the toilet myself.

The next day due to my observations being normal they were reduced to every 4 hours and I continued to receive IV pain relief and IV Antibiotics until I was discharged to the hotel. The surgeon came to see me the next morning and checked how I was and also checked my scars, healing , drains.

When I was discharged to the hotel the coordinator explained to me that I’d be transferred and the nurse would come and see me there. He gave me pain relief and the rest of my course of antibiotics in tablet form.

The hotel was amazing, 5 stars with lovely staff and only a few minutes from the hospital. The nurse came and saw me straight away and checked me over. From then on until i went home the nurses answered all questions i needed answering via a whattsapp chat they put me in. The nurses refer back to the surgeon if needed. I was transferred back to hospital twice to see the surgeon again and have bandages changed and drains removed before I went home. When I went home the transfer was on time and a very nice man. The fit to fly took a little longer than I would have liked but I received on time before I took off home.

Since I have been home if I have had any questions so far the nurses have replied to me within the chat within a few hours.

I cannot fault the care I had at the Orien surgery centre with Dr Salemi. I hope the rest of my care now I am post surgery remains good.

The experience went smoothly, the transport was planned well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr Feryal explained everything to the detail, happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Did liposucton at Dr Feryal, very happy with the outcome. They effect is coming natural bit with the right curve ( slim waist) and high definition. Proffesional care, nurses speak english, the doctor is amazing, great aftercare too, i can compare to my previous ecperience with surgery sonewhere else and i am seeing big difference in favour od medaway - they care, they check how you are healing. Surely will be back in future if need of anything else.

From the minute I messaged MedAway on Instagram the customer service has been fantastic. The hotel and transfers were very good and the medical team were friendly and professional. Very clean hospital and overall it was a great experience, all of the correct aftercare products were also provided.

From start to finish, my experience was incredible, especially since I traveled alone. The team was incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful every step of the way. As soon as I arrived, I was picked up by a VIP transfer and taken to the hospital for my blood tests. While at the hospital, they constantly checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and even provided food and drinks. The next morning, I had my surgery — the surgeon was wonderful, patiently answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. After being discharged, I was taken to a comfortable hotel where a nurse checked on me daily, and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. Even after I flew back to the UK, the team continued to check on me via WhatsApp, making me feel fully supported. Now, my results look fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

This was my first surgical procedure and I was nervous about travelling abroad, but I’m so glad I chose MedAway. I found many other clinics in Turkey didn’t allow you to choose your surgeon, which was very important to me and one of the main reasons I went with MedAway.

The surgery centre (Orion) was modern and clean, nurses were available (busy at times but came once I buzzed), and my aftercare was excellent — I had daily visits from my nurses at the hotel and fast responses through the group chat. The team genuinely cares and even helped me find my post-surgery scar gel when pharmacies were out of stock.

There was no upselling — the price agreed beforehand was exactly what I paid.

There’s definitely a language barrier with some staff, but communication was always manageable. I did find I was given a lot pre surgery documents to sign by a nurse with limited English but not encouraged to read them in full - I think this should be changed to put patients at ease.

The clinic is busy, so don’t expect Harley Street-style service, but you will get great care, transparent pricing, and fantastic results.

I’m now 12 weeks post-op, and the aftercare team still checks in regularly on WhatsApp. I’m healing beautifully and my results are better than I imagined I would highly recommend MedAway.

So I wanted an uplift on my breasts very scary to chose the right hospital in another country medaway came recommenced to me and I highly recommend then again to anyone the care is there even down to when you come home the after team is great if your looking for surgery go no further than medaway

The transport was good. The co-ordinators were nice, the girl I had was great. My surgeon Dr. Faryal was absolutely amazing and was thorough in her questions, putting my Health first and really assessing what I needed done. The nurses had limited English which was to be expected but I used a translator app to help with that. They were hit and miss with being ok to really lovely. There was a few nurses that were very supportive and helpful. Extremely happy with my results being 2 weeks post op today. You do need to make sure you consider taking more money with you as I had to have a blood transfusion after and before I had to pay for a Mammogram as my Nan had a history of breast cancer and these were extra but overall very good experience.

Experience was spot on from start to finish, the care the nurses the patient coordinator and dr salami was amazing came first thing the next morning to check if everything was ok and again before I flew back home. The scaring under my boobs you can hardly see such an amazing job. Hospital and hotel was 10/10.

I returned in 18th sept from having breast augmentation & uplift. I have to say I had an amazing experience with Medaway & all the staff have been amazing from start to present. The take care of all you needs & guide u along the way. My anxiety was calmed by them all. Dr Freya was so compassionate & explains procedure well. I am post op 6 weeks & they still check in see how I am healing. I have recommended them to many friends & will deffo be using them again in the future. I have been really impressed with Medaway UK. The whole team is really friendly. I was looked after by Mr Emirhan Oz who is just fantastic. Everything was organised really quickly and speedily. I got in touch approximately 10 days before the procedure and he got everything organised in time.

Everything in Turkey also ran fairly smoothly. The transfers were well organised and quick. The transfer manager Mohammad was also great.

Slight hiccup with the hotel, which they sorted out immediately.

Just one small nitpick. I wasn't made aware that the actual procedure is only overseen by a surgeon (who is a doctor) and the work is done by a team of nurse practioners. Nothing against them, they were great. Would just have liked to have known this in advance. Maybe this is procedure dependent.

Overall, really good experience. Can't go wrong with choosing them.

Highly recommend no one uses this company for surgery in Turkey! Just take more money off you when get there and they don’t even do surgeries properly you were promised. The after care is ever worse!
