We recently used M.E.C Mortgages for our remortgage and couldn't be happier with the service we received, particularly from Michaela.

From start to finish, Michaela was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process – she kept us updated every step of the way, responded quickly to any questions, and always took the time to explain things clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.

What really stood out was how much she genuinely seemed to care. Remortgaging can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Michaela made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. She took the time to understand our circumstances and worked hard to find the best solution for us, making us feel valued rather than just another client.

Rebecca has previously sorted my mortgages and be super proactive. I mentioned how I'd recently bought a new laptop and she asked about my contents cover - I'd never even thought about insurance. When we added up all my items, it became very clear that I needed some cover. She spent time with me trying to find the best deal and eventually found a policy well within my budget AND with free home emergency cover.
This has honestly been a fantastic experience. Had she not asked about my contents I would have continued to live uninsured. I'm really grateful and wouldn't use anyone else for my mortgage or insurance planning.
I'd also like to note that the other staff at MEC mortgages are so friendly - I've previously spoken to Michaela and she's just as lovely.
