I ordered my keyboard at 9:30PM and it was shipped out at 7:30AM the next day and I had my keyboard the following day. Great packaging, fast shipping, and I got exactly what I ordered.
I had ordered a set of keycaps and had them delivered earlier than I expected. Everything shipped well however I had a problem with the keycaps as they were a different shade of color than what was on the company website and rested at different heights when I put them on my keyboard (the latter was not the fault of the company by any means, just poor production quality).
I then sent them back and complained about how the color was slightly different than they were posted and requested a full refund including the original shipping which they gave me.
Upon requesting the return form and stating my complaints, this whole issue was resolved within a few hours and my refund was given a few days later as the return package arrived to them.
Returns are never fun but having great customer service helped make the process barrable.
Excellent customer service. Received the wrong item initially and they immediately sent the correct one after contacting them. 10/10 would recommend.
Ordered keyboard for 124.00$ + 41.59$ for international shipping. Their FAQ said MK can ship to my country and that they use USPS, UPS or FedEx (I know for sure that at least first two can do that). Instead they used DHL, which apparently can not ship to my country, so they had to return package from customs back to MK and I waited for my refund.
MK only refunded 106$ out of 165.59$, even though it was their fault. Lost 59.59$ for trying to buy from this shop.

My package was delayed but customer service was excellent. They were clear, understanding, and professional in addition to ultimately delivering before Christmas.
Things go wrong and they handled my issue professionally leaving me a happy customer.
I bought a Ducky One 2 Mini roughly a year ago, and have loved it ever since. After 1 year of use it started malfunctioning with double key presses. So I talked to Customer Support and they helped me setup an RMA so they could fix it.
IT ONLY TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO FIX AND SHIP IT BACK TO MY HOUSE. Bless this company for helping me.

Terrible experience from start to finish, I live in the UK so they charge an extortionate amount to ship it over after declining my card (Which i appreciate is not their fault) then to have a further £35 added on for import tax charged at my door which was not described on their website only in the small print in their FAQ. Don't bother ordering from here just find somewhere else to order your keyboard. I can't say the keyboard arrived in a bad condition because it didn't.

I bought a Keyboard a while a ago, to be exact a year ago, and noticed my keyboard would do the causal key chattering. So I contacted support if maybe they could probably help me with this issue. So Isaac S, sent many useful documents about some things that can help me with my issues. After doing that, nothing really worked. So Issac told me If I could send him a Video of me doing the procedures that were listed in the documents. After doing that all of that, Isaac told me to send them the keyboard and it'll be covered by the warranty.

Horrible warranty program. If you need repairs you can’t have a keyboard and you have to go buy a new one for 4-6 weeks. They won’t send you a temporary one or anything. Would never recommend anyone to buy from them, inly buy from the actual brands website.

I purchased the wrong keyboards for my son and had to return it the next day. If you pay attention on their web: there is no return policy, you have to contact customer support, they will request pictures of your item, ask about the mechanical damage or a spill. In my case I had no damage, sent the detailed pictures. First, you pay return shipping on your own, then they deduct their shipping cost and then they will assess the "cleaning fees". You will be lucky if you get some of your money back.They claimed my 1 day old keyboard had a spill (a lie) and needed a cleaning, deducted $33, plus my shipping. Beware.I can only imagine what is like when you have a real issues. Purchase from reputable compnies only.

They have good stuff, shipping is solid, and they're very responsive to customer service calls. I'll order from them every time I want a mechanical keyboard.
Overall my service with Mechanical Keyboards was fantastic. I will admit I was a bit hesitant about my order after seeing the reviews here on Trust Pilot. Reddit was more transparent about the ordering experience from Mechanical Keyboards (it's a niche product/hobby, and these orders can take time).
Krysten and Isaac were very responsive to my enquiries, and were quite clear with any potential delays in shipping to the UK due to COVID (TL;DR - there wasn't any.. they actually shipped earlier than expected!).
I had a couple of issues with UPS (their distribution partner) as they delivered to the wrong address, luckily I found the delivery at the end of my street.
If I run into any post-sales enquiries (i.e. warranty) I will update this review verbatim accordingly, as I find that is a very important part of the review process.
My son ordered a Ducky keyboard. He did not get the item since this company used USPS. After calling them a few times, they said that the item was indeed delivered although we have not received it from the post office. We demanded either to get their choice of delivery company to refund us or they themselves refund us but they insisted item was delivered and to report to the police.
I researched this company with the Better Business Bureau’s website and they are failing with a D rating. Apparently we are not an outlier since they have 7 issues 3 of which involves shipping/delivery issues.
We did not choose USPS to deliver, this company did. They need to bear the responsibility if their choice of carrier did not deliver. Do not order from this company if you want to make sure you get what you ordered since we all know sometimes the post office put mail in the wrong mailbox.
Horrible service all around. If you're international, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They DO NOT deal with the shipping/brokerage for you, meaning extra delays and import fees which they do not give any mention of at the checkout page.
They're also liars. UPS said they will happily return to sender, but MK support for some reason says UPS will destroy the package and that they cannot refund me (Hmmmm...).
Guaranteed it's because they don't want to accept any responsibility and want to keep my money which they do not deserve, instead of functioning with any integrity whatsoever. Imagine scamming your customers instead of being decent human beings.
Save yourself time, money and peace of mind. Order elsewhere for your keyboard needs.
Unprofessional. Made an order but a few items were out of stock so my order was on hold until the rest of the items arrived. While awaiting the rest of my order Mechanical Keyboards decide to sell the product that was in stock to another customer when I had already paid for said item. When asked about the eta of the order they said they were still awaiting the out of stock item and that everything else was on hold. They then ship out the order without the main item in the order (the keyboard), I did not find out that it was sold to someone else until confronted about it. When asked what they can do when I was already patiently waiting for 5 months already, they only offered a refund. Usually i'd take the refund but they are the only supplier in the United States with that product and now I am blacklisted from shopping with them.
