I too wish I had read reviews. I ordered a cardigan. They said they had sent it. The courier even took a picture but they certainly never delivered it to my address. Despite sending 3 e mails no-one has got back to me.

I placed an order on the 10th of February and I have not yet received them item I purchased. Sent several emails and initially, they were answering however, they have now stopped answering and I don't know if I will ever going to received my order.

My fault for not checking the bad reviews. Maeve London posted an ad on Facebook saying shop was closing down due to poor health of mother (not true as they are still encouraging future purchases). I ordered two outfits, which took ages to arrive (I should have had my suspicions that they were coming from China, not a cosy London shop). Only one of the two items arrived (and was very poor quality) and, of course, when checking with Royal Mail, was told the parcel had been delivered. Went back to ML and, after pointlessly being asked to submit a photo of the item that has been delivered, I was told the non-delivered item was out of stock so I chose something else. Eventually, this arrived and was even nastier than the 1st outfit. Then I checked the returns policy only to find that it involved sending items to Asia at your own cost! Lesson learnt!

I cannot believe I fell for this rubbish. Took ages to arrive and the clothes are beyond awful - truly dreadful quality, not as advertised and of course the return and refund process is a minefield! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is a scam, clothing made in some kind of a garage, looks very bad quality, has no labels, no care instructions, nothing about what material is made from, arrived very late, supposedly from London and when you ask to return you need to post to China and pay customs with your own money. Total scam!

How can this be allowed to continue. My item took over 4 weeks , again from China, the item is completely wrong, cheap imitation of what was on Web site. They’re now saying to return I need to pay duty to China and tracking . I’m seriously looking at reporting to BBc watchdog on this, it’s a scam.

Would give zero stars if possible as I ordered in time to take on a trip according to website, I still haven’t received the item and Royal Mail still saying expecting it, the delivery dates now been changed again by the seller. Sent emails and keep getting same answer high demand and a delay but if you can’t supply don’t advertise it. Added to my do not use again list

Would give no stars if it was possible. 4 weeks delivery when says 4-8 days. Ordered a jumper was a complete different colour than what was ordered and made of a whole different material than what was stated

Took a while month for the product to arrive. They say they respond to emails within 24 hours. I sent them 3 and the didn’t respond to any of them.
When the product arrived it was made of polyester not Cashmere as advertised. It was a horrible cheap copy.

Oh my goodness, the delivery time scale is just ridiculous. Genuinely taking a full month to get the coat to me. I didn't realise I traveled back in time to the 90s where this would have been acceptable. Can I just say coming from Asia. Shein send their products from Asia aswell and get here a lot quicker. Not impressed with the coat colour either. It doesn't look like it should on the picture. Now £45 out of pocket for a coat I don't really like any more. Disappointed is an understatement.

This company has misled so many customers. I ordered a coat I really liked on the website and what I received is not even close..I could barely figure out how to put the fur on the hood but the coat has short sleeves, cheap, tacky looking buttons/zips. I cannot even be bothered to ask for a refund, because after reading reviews on here I know they will not offer one.

Absolutely shocking company, ordered 21st October for 2 coats, and still not recieved items. Tried to contact company many times and been fobbed off with useless messages, which don't indicate what has happened to my parcel, and no offer to resend or refund me.
I feel like I've been robbed by this company. Definitely a scam.

Terrible quality jackets. Arms too short. Colour not as shown in imagine. I contacted them 3 times about returning with no response. When I eventually did get a response they said I was now outwith the return timeframe, even though I first reached out within the timeframe, and they still refused me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company. The product is nothing like on the picture and the zip is faulty. They do not offer refunds so i am now stuck with a coat i will never wear and £50 out of pocket

Horrible quality. The sizing is beyond a joke I got a 18/20 in one coat and a 22 in the other and the sleeves barely come past my elbows
They won’t refund only a credit note which is useless as I can’t shop there as the clothes will not fit me or my mum who I originally bought two coats off so I won’t waste your money the photos are horrific but it won’t let me upload one I wouldn’t even get £10 for one of the coats never mind the £74 I spent

Terrible quality literally found the same stuff they’re selling on Temu and shein for half the price ! It’s all cheap Chinese stuff they all drop ship! Nothing like advertised either! Rip off stay clear.

The item that I was sent was nothing like the coat on the photographs. As many of the reviews say the arms are too short and it’s just an overall poor fit. I have asked 5 times to be given the returns address only to be given the option of a 15% refund or a 35% credit note.

Absolutely no after care.

Recently ordered a coat from this website was really mislead at I thought the coat would look exactly like the coat from the photo and it’s looks totally different colour and material. I ordered a large size and the coats arms are two small and I can hardly zip it up when I wear a thin jumper. I am a normal size 12. Also it’s is poorly made and the fur from the hood was not on the hood and when I tried to put it on the buttons all snapped off so now i can’t even put the fur on the hood. Also the fur is malting everywhere! 100 boycott this website is this is an example of the products they are making! Also may I add cost me nearly 50 quid! 50 quid down the pan and I’ve heard they don’t really offer refunds! That makes sense as If they done refunds they would never make any money! Really gutted and upset as was looking forward to wear this coat for winter!
