Order cancelled at last minute due to production issues (?). The order was for a special event and I had to use a local butcher instead. I wouldn’t order again as reliability is key.

Hiya, why would you send me an email asking me for feedback, when you cancelled my delivery the day it was due to be delivered ?

You didn’t deliver, it was cancelled by yourselves a day before delivery, a problem at your plant!!!!

I ordered my steaks and then told that they had to give me a refund on my order

I have spent lots of money with this company in the past. But now looking elsewhere as this none delivery was an order I needed to entertain guests and was put in a difficult situation

Good meats.

All meat was great. The only comment is the Beef Wellington had heavier meat on top of it which squashed it. More care packing I think.

I purchased thirty 6oz Sirloin Steaks for a family bbq. They arrived promptly and well packaged. Although you can never guarantee a steak in terms of the way it eats, they looked great; good colour (not bright red like unhung supermarket steaks!) and well marbled. Sure enough, they were really tender; so much so that a plastic knife was more than sufficient to cut them. I will order again and fingers crossed, it goes the same way!

Very disappointed you cancelled our order but didn’t tell me till after I wasted all day waiting in for it.

My order was cancelled very late on the day of delivery.
Production issues ,I think this could have been communicated to me earlier as I wasted a day waiting in for a delivery that was never coming.
I was informed my refund may take up to ten days ,why? It takes minutes to press a few buttons on a PC and the transfer is almost immediate.
7 days and still no refund ☹️

You cocked up again chaps ...no delivery and to date no refund . Shame as we buy for 3 schools

My order didn't arrive , when I questioned it I got a refund. I was told I may have to wait upto 10 days for a refund. This is unacceptable.
I would not order from Meat and co again.
This was my first and last attempt at buying meat online.

Food came on time and well insulated. I'd made a mistake with the order but it was sorted. Very happy with the meat. My carnivore was ecstatic.

One of the items delivered was incorrect. I've tried to phone and email numerous times now but there is no answer on the phone or reply to email. Seems to be that after your money is paid the company no longer cares.

I was very pleased with the quality and service.
There was a bit of confusion with my order, concerning the free pork fillets that I never received, but apparently that was down to me.
