Absaloutly excellent meat, on time, packaging was outstanding, would and do recommend to anybody. I'm a chef but this was for my personal consumption, and would love to stock it to sell to the public 6 out of 5 stars.

The bird was delivered mid morning the day before Christmas Eve which was perfect.No waiting for the delivery on either day.Turkey was delicious.Cooked overnight in foil covered with streaky bacon and finished on Christmas morning in a hotter oven with foil removed.Absolutely perfect moist and cooked through.Only stuffed the neck end.

First time for Goose!!!
From order to delivery it was excellent service. The goose was packaged well, delivered on time and came with a how to cook booklet! The first time we had eaten goose for Christmas Day and it tasted lovely! Everyone enjoyed it.

Fillet for beef wellington
Ordered a 1kg centre cut fillet for an Xmas eve beef wellington. Ordered at end of November for a pre Christmas pickup. Customer service was great, pickup seamless. The meet itself was absolutely stunning. Didn't even need a knife to cut after cooking. Melted in the mouth. Will be ordering again no doubt.

Fillet centre cut
I ordered a 1kg fillet centre cut for Beef Wellington and it arrived the the next day. Beautiful piece of beef and well worth the £50.

Put in order, DPD then cancelled order.
Contacted meat and cleaver to find out that it wast cancelled by them. They Contacted DPD and as if by magic the order was there at my house when I got back home.
You can't nock them for a doggie delivery company they all seem as bad as each other.
Totally recommend MEAT & CLEAVER. 5*
