Absolute fraudsters who ban legitimate members with the help of their broken automated system and steal rewards!
For instance, I had to reinstall my browser recently and the default language got changed to English (UK). Though I could see surveys in my dashboard when logging into LifePoints from India, as soon as I refreshed the page, all of that disappeared. I noticed that the URL and interface had explicitly changed to 'en-GB' at the instead of the usual 'en-IN' that I always had before.
Apparently, their useless website glitched out my region to the UK and removed all Indian gift cards except PayPal.
However, I immediately contacted support regarding the issue and informed them about this technical glitch. While they were pretending to investigate it, they actually decided to suspend my account for "not meeting quality standards" using a generic paste-copy excuse in less than 24 hours.
The truth is that their poor automated security bot detected this technical glitch (language setting changed) as a VPN or Proxy, instead of manually verifying it and fixing this problem, their lazy support team preferred to simply ban me and not give me my earned points. They want only data from you and will find any reason to not pay you at all!
Under DSAR, I emailed them to get full disclosure of my data that they had been sharing with their clients and even asked them to delete my data. After this point, they simply ignored me and didn’t respond to me at all. Any kind of robotic and copy-pasted reply that they put up here on Trustpilot is nothing but their public relation act. They are actually the scam artists!

I completed their surveys successfully and received 255 LifePoints. Nevertheless, when I wanted to browse the rewards catalog, I saw that the "Gift Card" section was entirely inaccessible. There was no other choice but to be forced into the mandatory "PayPal Link" circle.
I contacted their customer support with a request for a rational explanation of the above restriction. At first, they stated that they would "escalate" the issue, which means nothing more than ignoring it. Then, in several days, they emailed me saying that my account has been permanently *suspended due to non-compliance with their quality criteria*.
They did not provide any further explanation or proof of the statement; they claimed they needed to keep this issue confidential due to "security and integrity reasons". Essentially, they take advantage of your work and force you to participate in their surveys. And then, they suspend your account once you ask for reasonable compensation of your time and efforts.
It was necessary to explicitly state the involvement of the authorities in order to get rid of this fraudulent company. It is shameless, unprofessional, and very suspicious.

Le motivazioni del blocco non mi vengono fornite, ma soprattutto non viene rilasciata la ricompensa che deve essere ricevuta entro 5 giorni. Quotidianamente sto inviando mail all'assistenza per continui solleciti, ma le risposte sono sempre vaghe e mi viene continuamente detto la nedesima cosa....che la richiesta è stata trasferita a un altro dipartimento, ecc. Ovviamente tutte scuse. Continuerò ad inviarvi mail più volte al giorno, come sto facendo da 10 giorni, finché non otterrò ciò che mi spetta.
Vergognatevi!!!!!!

So, I got a tiny 10-point “bonus” when I joined, plus another 10 for filling out my profile. Fine, whatever. I actually put in the effort—did a 65-point survey and a 40-pointer on April 24, then another 40 the next day. I was up to 167 points. And just like that, the fake friendliness was over. The surveys disappeared. Suddenly, I couldn’t even look at gift cards until I handed over my PayPal info. It’s like they threw up a brick wall only after I put in the work.
Let’s get real: If you need a PayPal linked to redeem anything, why not require it upfront? Simple—they want your opinions, your time, and your data for free. Then they cut you off before paying a dime. This isn’t some technical mistake, it’s a greedy little trick to avoid payouts.
It’s honestly pathetic. A massive company, blocking users over a handful of points worth a few cents. If you’re reading this, don’t bother signing up. They’ll su*k up your info, waste your time, and slam the door when you ask for what you’re owed.

Because of the ban, I have no option to redeem anything and I'm not receiving any surveys anymore. Their automated security system is so stupid that it flags new users who haven't even done anything wrong.
If their system is this broken, I’m out. Account deleted. Looking for a better alternative.

I signed up to LifePoints on April-13-2026, hoping to do surveys for money. After a week of grinding through the surveys and managing to collect 102 points, I went to check the gift card section again today and found that EVERY SINGLE GIFT CARD HAS DISAPPEARED.
I can no longer access the rewards I have earned, as I am now being forced with a message: “Looks like you need to link a PayPal account…”.
This is a complete “SCAM” and a disgraceful data-mining method. The moment you have earned proper points, they change the rules to want access to your PayPal account. If you don’t link it, they practically rob you of your money and resources.
LifePoints is not a trustworthy company; they just want all your personal financial information. It is disgusting to be so shameless as to bait-and-switch new users.
Avoid LifePoints at all costs! Refrain from sacrificing either your peace of mind or your precious time for a company with absolutely no integrity.

I am writing this to warn everyone: stay from LifePoints. They are very unprofessional and unfair.
As I was about to redeem my rewards the Gift Card section disappeared from my dashboard. I contacted support. Got a copy-paste message from Olivia. She said:
* My account is suspended for Quality Standards.
* She could not provide details about the suspension for security reasons.
This is a scam. I was loyal for, over a year. Suddenly did not pass their quality standards just as I was about to get paid. It's clear that LifePoints waits for users to accumulate points then bans them to avoid paying.
To everyone reading this: LifePoints is taking advantage of you for free market research. They sell your info to companies and then kick you out with no money. I wasted my time and effort on this company.
LifePoints is not a survey site; it's a data-harvesting scam. Don't trust them.

My experience with LifePoints has been extremely disappointing.
I completed over 30 surveys honestly and spent a significant amount of my valuable time on the platform. Over time, I accumulated approximately ₹2000 in rewards, which I had not yet redeemed. Without any prior warning, my account was suddenly suspended and all my earned points were forfeited. When I contacted support, I only received generic responses stating that I did not meet “quality standards,” with no specific explanation provided.
I have carefully reviewed the Terms & Conditions and, to the best of my understanding, I have not violated any rules. What makes this especially upsetting is that I genuinely relied on this as a small way to treat myself. I work full-time and also have family responsibilities, which makes it difficult to make ends meet. These rewards were something I had earned through my time and effort, and losing them without explanation feels extremely unfair. At the very least, I believe users should be allowed to redeem the points they have already earned. I used other survey channels like Swagbucks and Valued opinions, such a thing has never happened.
I would appreciate a proper review of my case and a fair resolution.
UPDATE: Following LifePoints’ public response, I raised a ticket with the reference “SITEREVIEW-TP” as requested.
My case was reviewed again by their Quality Team, but the decision was upheld without any specific explanation. I continue to receive the same generic response stating that I did not meet “quality standards,” with no transparency or evidence provided.
It is extremely disappointing that even after escalation, there is no accountability or willingness to offer a fair resolution. At the very least, users should be allowed to redeem the rewards they have already earned through their time and effort.
This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the platform.

You have to fill out at least a couple dozen surveys before earning enough "points" for a $5.00 payout! Then after that, there are suddenly no more surveys available to you. Total waste of time.

Unfortunately, this website is a scam. After dealing with them for a year and a half, I had to change my email address because I changed my device. Afterwards, the website blocked me even though I hadn't made any mistakes and they didn't give me any convincing reason for the ban.
