We could not recommend Matt enough.

He has helped us design and obtain approval for our dream home. He was the perfect mix of bringing his own experience and ideas while very open and accommodating to our ideas and wishes.

Through the whole process Matt was always available to us whenever we needed any support and was able to nudge us when appropriate to ensure we kept on track with deadlines. He was also extremely responsive and we were never waiting on him for anything as it was done straight away.

Matt helped take all the stress away from the process and guide us through the planning we have no obtained.

We have used Matt a few times now and most recently he designed a complete re-model of a house we have just moved to. Having looked at a by mber of different designs/drawings of other properties in the area, we always came back to the ones designed by Matt at MDT and we are so glad we moved forward with him.
