McLarens was appointed by our insurers to assess a claim. From start to finish our assessor, Jazz, was extremely reliable, sympathetic and professional. Nothing was too much trouble in terms of dealing with our enquiries, whether by email or on the phone, and everything was dealt with in timely fashion. McClarens were nominated by our insurers Zurich to deal with a tree damage claim to our footpath. Natasha was the loss adjuster who dealt with our claim. Workplace accident
I had an accident at work involving 2 serious surgeries and time in the hospital in march 2024,the site manager lied in his statement and accident report despite all my medical records,pictures and witnesses they denied my claim and now i had to get HSE involved to have them investigate the issue so 1 year and half later im still waiting.....

Beware of unethical and deceptive practices.
We had a deeply troubling experience with Kieran and one of his ex-colleagues. Without informing leaseholdersâwho are financially responsibleâthey proceeded to file a substantial insurance claim, approving a wildly inflated quote of 117K. 70K for replacing kitchen and bathroom (30sq m), added 30k as "contingency" + VAT
All of this was done behind closed doors, without consultation, despite us sourcing alternative professional quotes between ÂŁ25K-ÂŁ35K, which were conveniently dismissed.
They exploited the vulnerability of an elderly resident to justify these excessive costs, using her situation as leverage, while crucial informationâsuch as the fact that the damaging leak remained active for monthsâwas ignored or outright denied.
Leaseholders, who would be financially impacted for years, were deliberately kept in the dark and only found out by sheer chance. Their actions show a pattern of inflating costs, sidelining those responsible for payment, and denying accountability at every turn.
We have filed a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), and the case is currently under investigation. We are also submitting details to Action Fraud and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Transparency, fairness, and honesty were entirely absent throughout. Please exercise extreme caution if dealing with these individuals.
