Suggestions
When I take the course if I have to take a quiz after each chapter there should NOT be a final exam, also how do you pass each quiz with a 70% when there are only 5 questions per quiz..passing should be either 60% or 80% you choose!!

Not Happy With These Courses
The content was unnecessarily wordy. You could often get the point across with far less flourish.
There were several typos and spelling mistakes, seems as though the material wasn’t proofread.
The courses took far longer than the indicated length of the course.
Seems that the material is starting to get really outdated. Case studies dating back to the mid 1990’s.
A lot of the quiz and exam questions could easily have more than one right answer. The quiz questions were awkwardly worded and confusing, having syntax and spelling errors that made it difficult to select the correct answer on the first try.
Generally not very happy with the course but it was necessary for me to bear through it, in order to receive my needed credits, to maintain my professional license.

This is not the company it used to be. The website is far less user-friendly, and customer service is not at the level it used to be.
