Iced chocolate was most disappointing. Watery with little flavour.

Always buy a mocha coffee bit lately it's awful. They are using bournville cocoa in it and it's got no flavor. If you ask for more cocoa or just ends up tasting like a hot chocolate.
Also the coffee is luke warm now,I get my milk steamed to 70 degrees so that the coffee is just hot enough but barely.
Brinfg back the old chocolate!

You cant place mobile orders and I want my chicken nuggets

We went to mcdonalds cameron road tauranga for breakfast on Christmas day 2025 and had the bac9n and egg mcmuffin meal and I got food poison from the meal which caused me severe discomfort early the next morning. At the time of eating the mcmuffin my wife commented on the fact that it wasn't hot but warm and I noticed the hot chocolate wasn't hot either. I think the staff were either undertrained or in a hurry and didn't heat it to the required temperature. I definitely wouldn't recommend having the breakfast there.

I bought 2 x 'machine made' hot chocolates at McD, Paeroa - I've done this before, no problem. My friend and I started to drink them - DISGUSTING! I took off the plastic lid, only to discover that there was no milk used. Thinking it was an oversight, I took them back to the counter for a milk top-up. The server told me, "Sorry, we don't put milk into the machine-made hot chocolates. If you want milk in your hot chocolate, you have to buy the McCafe hand-made hot chocolate". I said, 'You're joking - I've had this hot chocolate type before and it's had milk in it'. The reply was, "We don't put milk in machine-made hot chocolates, sorry, you have to buy hand-made!"
Really, McD? Really? It was THE most disgusting drink I think we've ever had, and it's not like it was a first-time purchase - I thought I understood the product based upon prior purchases of it!

The burgers look like they threw the burgers into the wrapping/box. We ordered three chicken wings only got two, we ordered two medium fries and only got one. This is unacceptable and not worth my money and time.

Greenwood St, Hamilton is the worst of them all. You can be the only person in line and they have you go Park and wait. Today was the 14th time I have driven through and the ice cream maker is not working. The food always looks.....tired, like it's worked all night. Today was our last visit there.

gGood evening, my family and I just had a meal at McDonald's in Cambridge, which cost us 50 dollars. The Indian manager took the wrong order. We asked for one Mighty Beef Combo, another Mighty Beef Combo, and a kids' meal with drinks. When we sat down, I realized he had added two Texan Angus Combos to our order. What a joke! We will not be going back. All we got were two bread buns with Texan barbecue sauce, dried patties, and whatever else was on those patties.

Dont order a large fries at Mcdonalds Auckland airport as you will only get half a portion and you will need to return to the counter and ask for the other half portion. Also cold and soggy.

Bought breakfast at Raumanga -Whangarei, at 0945 7/3/25….Pancakes with syrup n butter and a bacon n egg muffin. Have had terrible dysentary and vomiting since, am home now just had some dry toast and I still have their dirty bug in me.
Noticed- no gloves worn by any of the staff, lots of flies, stale stagnant smells, place looked dirty….i should have walked straight back out…..🍔☹️😧😲😳🤢🤮🤑😷🤑😶‍🌫️😱😨😰🥶🥵🤬🤯😈👿👹👺🤡🤠

Food came straight away at the Eastgate branch in Christchurch. Then parked up and waited ten minutes for one coffee. I decided to go in and see where it was and it was sitting on the counter with another customer’s order. I will not be going back to this branch. They are good at giving customers cold food. Sydenham branch has the best customer service, really quick, polite and very helpful staff. From now on that will be my go to shop even though it is out of my way.

The female workers there need customer service skills.
Every order I have ever got here has been absolutely wrong and yuck tbh. I never learn my lesson lol. I usually order my food from Southmalls mcdonalds but I don't mind ordering frozen drinks from Clendon. Although their machine is always broken. Lately there's been 3 times I have had an egg shell in my bacon and egg muffin, food is always poorly packed, chips cold asf. I gave up on Clendon, go to Southmall for that little bit extra hot food and good customer service skills I guess.
I don't mean to down Clendon mcdonalds because Manurewa is my hometown and I always support Manurewa businesses, but dangg Clendon is sonething else lol. However I do like the really tall fair man who wears a worker hat and works fast too. He is a good worker at Clendon hardly see him.

I went to pick up a delivery order on Doordash,cause I'm a Dasher (driver) and it says pickup by 9:03am, so I went there before 9:00, so I was standing there behind the cafē area, and there was two(2) girls prepared coffe and all that, and the other collecting coffees, some order drinks, a manager standing where the food is, packing burgers and etc, so about that 15 minutes I was standing there, and no one came to me and ask, I heard this girl running around collecting drinks and coffee for the driver thru, asked the manager, is there an order for delivery, and she said yes, the runner girl
laughed and she said oh she's keeping looking at me, i was like ahh duhh yes i am, i am trying to see if anyone talk or say anything, still yet no one comes and say something or talk to me, so people starting to come in and they serve them and I was like, do you see me or not🤦 it past the time that I should deliver the order, almost half an hour I was there waiting and no one has say anything to me. I don't mind if I could wait that long at least some talk to me or say anything..

We were at whakatane branch. The table had dried on crap that looked as if had been on from the day before all available tables were sticky and dirty. For the price of their food I would think you would have a hygienic-ish table and seat. We were there only because the kids wanted it, we were there 45 minutes in that time I did NOT see one stuff ember around the entire filthy store do any cleaning what so ever. What a dirty hole it has turned into. I hate eating the place now. You can get a far better burger at a normal old takeaway fish and fish shop.

I was extremely unhappy today when I came into one of your restaurants and you no longer were serving the breakfast menu, I think it isn't fair to have a time where you stop serving breakfast food and that it should be supplied all day. Because your breakfast menu is better than your normal menu.

No kiwi burger. And $20.40 for a burger and a cup of tea .Timaru .NZ
