Amg menu IC213
I have activated AMG menu on IC213 and not all was working, but the instrument cluster was the problem not actually supporting all functions. Then the internet connection or the app crashed and then couldn't revert the settings. Then I wrote tu support which they gave another chance to fix everything. So greatly recommended, customers service was top notch! Will use MBtools services again in future.

Maybe the best service out there on the market. When MB service told me Car Play is not possible for my car i was frustrated as the car is 2018. Then i found this service and managed to enable it myself in less than 10 minutes all together. Great feedback for the provider !!! And they are quick in response if you need help too. Thank you for the service !!!

Great Experience and service
Initially I was very cautious about using website to code my merc, but I thought id give it a try, the customer support was fast at responding to my queries and very clear with their instructions, for a DIY person this helped a lot, I honestly think my experience using this site couldn't have been any better, I used the service to code the needle swipe and AMG menu to my 2014 w176 a180, and they both work perfectly, thanks again

Activation of AMG instrument cluster
Activation of AMG instrument cluster. The experience was straightforward with step-by-step process of what to do with clear images.
Excellent and friendly support team. When I needed support, I emailed the support team and got a response back within a few minutes with further instructions to help complete my process.
All data is backed up if you ever have doubts and can easily be reversed to original settings without troubles. Worth it!

An unbeatable experience
I want to evaluate two experiences:
One of them has been purchasing a map update for my NTG 4.5 system, which has gone absolutely great (and cheaper than anywhere else), all very quickly and without any type of problem.
The other one has been BETTER than great, it was regarding an AMG coding on the dashboard of my Mercedes: I have a rare car (SLK R172) and I asked for the AMG coding on the dashboard from a programmer in my area, apparently everything worked until I saw on the Internet that the rest of the people had a value on the dashboard that did not appear to me, a value as important as the temperature of the gearbox oil, which is one of the main reasons why I carried out this coding. .
I bought this encoding from MBTools after a lot of thinking in case the problem could be something else and maybe I would pay the money to get nothing. Wilhelm from MBTools was very helpful in this regard, offering me a refund if everything didn't work as it should, being very communicative at all times with me and guiding me as much as possible. He finally solved all my problems and now I got my fully functional AMG menu!!!!
Furthermore, the MBTools application is fantastic and offers many services for which you do not have to pay and which are very necessary for those of us looking to go further with our cars.

I purchased from them W213 key map…
I purchased from them W213 key map updates. I was in touch with them for technical support via whatsupp then once they realized can not do more they blocked my no on whatsupp which is I see a shame and not a way of a good respect. I sent to them many emails for another product and they ignore. Such a way of dealing with costumers is not acceptable.
