Would rate higher if I could, this is our second beanie order from MBD, our last ones lasted over 5 years!! I placed another order and in the mean time they released the embroidered version, i was offered to swap my original order for the embroidered ones and they were delivered today! So so Lush, and again amazing quality, value for money, turn around times, & customer service.

Unfortunately never received the order
Unfortunately never received the order, I had ordered for holiday and waited 3 weeks with no update so emailed and never received a response so emailed again to which I got sent a refund so was left disappointed as didn’t have time to order from elsewhere as it was a week before holiday and no other options were offered with no explanation as to why I never received my order. Still not sure why I wasted a month waiting for something that never came!

Sorry to here you felt that way. I’m slightly confused to hear you said you didn’t hear from me as we had numerous emails to each other where I had explained the order had been shipped and you had said it hadn’t arrived. I then refunded straight away and asked if the order arrived would you let me know and I would pay the postage to have it sent back to me. Again as I said in the emails I’m sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver the parcel but your order had been shipped within the 2 week dispatch as stated on the website
