Upon checking your order, we confirmed that the cork bags were brand new and in good condition, and the cork accessories were individually packaged without any problems. However, we discovered signs of mold inside one of the cork boxes. We sincerely apologize for this.
This situation may be related to the unusually humid weather in Portugal this year. Although our warehouse uses dehumidifiers daily, high humidity can still occasionally affect certain items, and we regret that we failed to detect this issue in time during our quality control process.
We previously contacted you by email to resolve this issue but have not yet received your reply. If you see this message, please contact us at your convenience—we will be happy to assist you and provide a suitable solution.

Tout d’abord, nous vous présentons nos sincères excuses pour la réponse tardive. La collègue en charge de votre dossier était en congé, et dès son retour, nous avons immédiatement pris connaissance de la situation et examiné attentivement les échanges précédents.
Concernant les points que vous avez soulevés au sujet de la présentation des échantillons et de l’emballage, nous souhaitons apporter les précisions suivantes :
Pour l’expédition, nous utilisons généralement des sachets plastiques DHL, car il s’agit d’une méthode conforme aux normes de transport international et garantissant une bonne protection des produits. Si vous avez des exigences particulières en matière d’emballage (par exemple, sans plastique), nous vous invitons à nous en informer à l’avance afin que nous puissions nous adapter.
En ce qui concerne les échantillons de tissu en liège, ceux-ci sont habituellement préparés à l’avance sous forme de lots standards, découpés en usine à la machine, avec des tailles définies selon les options choisies par le client.
Cependant, dans votre commande, certains échantillons provenaient de différents ensembles, et certains articles étaient temporairement en rupture de stock. Afin de répondre à votre demande urgente, notre collègue a découpé manuellement quelques pièces à partir d’échantillons de notre showroom, ce qui a entraîné des variations de taille. Les plus petites pièces restent toutefois dans nos formats standards d’échantillons et sont généralement adaptées à un usage de présentation.
Par ailleurs, avant l’expédition, des photos des échantillons préparés vous ont été envoyées pour validation. N’ayant reçu aucune remarque concernant les tailles ou la présentation à ce moment-là, nous avons procédé à l’envoi conformément à cette validation. Nous encourageons toujours nos clients à nous faire part de leurs préférences ou remarques à cette étape, afin de pouvoir effectuer les ajustements nécessaires avant l’expédition.
Bien entendu, nous comprenons parfaitement votre souhait d’obtenir des échantillons avec des tailles plus uniformes ainsi qu’un emballage différent. Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour répondre aux demandes spécifiques de nos clients ; si certaines contraintes liées au stock ou à la production ne permettent pas de répondre pleinement à une demande, nous vous en informerons en amont afin que vous puissiez prendre la meilleure décision.
Notre collègue restera en contact avec vous afin de vous accompagner et de trouver une solution adaptée.
