Avoid
My partner and I purchased a bed for our daughter a couple of months ago, and I assembled it on the day it was delivered. From the outset, we experienced issues, but I chose to allow some time before raising concerns in the hope that matters would improve. Unfortunately, they have not.
The main problems are that the mattress has a strong damp smell, and the wooden slats appear to have been cut too short, causing them to repeatedly fall out of place. These issues have had a significant impact on the overall quality and usability of the bed.
I recently left a review on your website after receiving your invitation to provide feedback on our purchase. In response, I was contacted and told that my review was unfair, and that a request had been made to your review software provider not to display it.
This is extremely disappointing. As paying customers, we are fully entitled to leave an honest review based on our genuine experience. My review is truthful and accurately reflects the issues we have encountered.
We spent nearly £500 on this bed and are highly dissatisfied with both the product and the service we have received. Delivery was also delayed due to religious holidays, which we accepted at the time without complaint. However, to then have our honest feedback challenged and suppressed is unacceptable.
For these reasons, I would not recommend this company to others.
