Mayday Travel Ltd Omdömen

Really reliable with regards to timing for pick up, journey and arrival. Excellently clean coach on way out but would only rate as good for return journey. Seats were clean but the water station could have done with a little smartening up.
Driver was no nonsense, just does his job (could have been a little more personable) but in all honesty they did exactly what they were paid to do.

Excellent service, driver was very good and bus was perfect for our trip

worked with Mayday for many years now and the service is outstanding

Great customer service and a great driver

Staff very helpful. Patient understanding and very professional in every respect. No cause for complaints. Thank you Mayday Travels. Looking forward to future coach trips.

Arrived on time, new clean coaches, polite drivers

Thanks so much to our driver Ian and the team at MayDay travel for enabling us to have a fantastic day out at Royal Ascot this weekend. Everything was so easy to arrange online with informative emails on the booking and day arrangements. The bus was sparkling clean and modern, and Ian looked after us so well on the day. Thank you so much MayDay travel, we will be back for our next group event!

Efficient, friendly, honest, and good quality transport, very impressive, and would use them again, and recommend them.

Punctual, friendly and accommodating drivers. Safe and reliable.

Organising a coach trip for others and wanting them to have a good time is daunting. Mayday Travel and our great driver Ian really helped to take the stress out of the day. The whole trip was a big success. Thank you so much.

Our driver, Aaron turned up on time and was very helpful with loading and allowing the children time to get on and be seated. He was very patient and accommodating throughout our trip and we had a very pleasant journey. From the Nursery children and staff at Dalmain Nursery we would like to say a very big 'thank you' to Mr Aaron for making our day special.

We got married in June 2023, we had quite a few guests coming from abroad and thus were looking for transportation for them (100+) to go from the ceremony venue to our reception venue, and then back from the reception venue to their hotels.

Communication was super smooth and efficient right from the start.

What we needed was somewhat unclear at the time of booking: we wanted organise multiple trips (one per hour between ~10pm to 1am) back from the reception venue to wherever our guests would be staying. So we had to make a best guess about where our guests were, on the day the drivers were super nice and flexible and deviated a little bit from the "official" itineraries (as per the quote) depending on where the guests were staying.

Also for the trip from the ceremony venue to reception venue, given that the street in front of the ceremony venue was very narrow and thus not suitable for two big coaches, we had to find another pick-up point. Mayday travel were very quick in suggesting a close by pickup point.

In the end everything went super smoothly, the coaches were well ahead of time, very friendly and flexible. Our guests were pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was for them to move around London throughout our wedding day!

We booked a coach fairly last minute so were very pleased with the service. Driver arrived early and was very helpful

We use Mayday for the majority of our Geography fieldtrips and they are excellent!

Aeron our coach driver was really good. A safe comfortable journey to and from our destination. Arrived on time in both legs of the journey.

The people who travelled in the coach were so happy and commented on punctuality and how friendly was the driver.

Excellent service. Great communication and Aaron was a fantastic, friendly driver.
