Had to wait far too long at passport…
Had to wait far too long at passport control but not Mayday fault
Nice gesture giving us all chocolates and water
Added extra drop off on way home which would have made the day longer but overall a lovely day
Looking forward to seeing next trips

Thank you so much for the lovely 5-star review, Julie! ⭐️
We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the day, even with the long wait at passport control — sadly those delays are out of our hands, but we’re glad the chocolates, water and added drop-off made things a bit easier.
It’s great to know you’re looking forward to our upcoming trips. We can’t wait to welcome you back on board soon! 🚌😊
Reliable and Considerate During a Sensitive Time
We recently used this coach company for a shuttle service during a family funeral, and their professionalism made a difficult day much easier. The driver was incredibly respectful, polite and patient with everyone and the service ran smoothly from start to finish. We’re truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them for any occasion.

Our Travel on Friday 31st October 2025 evening was a very pleasant and a safe one.
The Diver , Jason was very polite and very helpful. Had few elderly passengers, they all said the journey was very good. Didn't realise that Jason was the same person who was there on a previous trip we organise through May Day travels.

Knowing how to deal with the Elderly
Despite a few misunderstandings on our part they took time to make sense of our concerns and addressed them completely. We had a fantastic ride in an exceptionally clean fresh smelling, smooth riding modern coach. We felt cared for and will not hesitate using them in future.

Family Trips
We have used Mayday Travel coaches for 3 trips over the summer holidays and all 3 went very smoothly. Coaches arrived on time and both drivers, Alex and Aaron where very helpful and supportive while we were on the coach. We support parents and disabled children/young people on our trips and it is really lovely when both drivers engaged with all of us, not just staff. We left our venues on time and arrived back safety. Both Alex and Aaron were really helpful supporting parents with bags, buggies etc. Both were also excellent drivers.

From beginning to end Mayday were wonderful…answering all our questions from our Tenants group, exceptionally friendly, thoughtful and supportive driver Chris who ensured we were looked after throughout- it honestly felt like we gained a new friend of the community more than a staff member. Professional, prompt and with brilliantly upbeat sounds we had a ball

Kennedy our driver is a true asset to the company!
The booking experience wasn't the easiest. Whenever we spoke to Lynne and the other lady (whose name I didn't take) they were great but the men who answered were at times difficult and we had to keep chasing for updates
However, I will be giving this company 5 stars based on our wonderful driver!
Our driver Kennedy was amazing and made our trip to and from Manchester for a funeral a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
He was attentive, polite, diligent and punctual. A real asset to the company and someone we all hope to meet again in future. Thank you so much Kennedy!
