FRAUD! Horrible shopping experience

First of all, this store is perpetuating a fraud. They give impression that they are an American company however they are in China. I ordered a dress which took almost 30 days to arrive. It was horrible! Many sizes too small and certainly not the size I ordered. Then, store has a return policy the requires customer to take a loss and pay for shipping back to China.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR YOU'LL PROBABLY BE SORRY YOU DID.

BE AWARE

BE AWARE, Sandals - absolutely not as pictured. Looks like a very cheap version of what was advertised. They copied a Taos brand style and made the worst possible product. Now stuck with paying full cost to ship back to CHINA and pay a restocking fee.

Appalling Customer Service, Impossible Return Policy

I cancelled my order (a raincoat) an hour after placing it and was notified days later that the item was already processed and to return it on arrival. A week later it's lost in transit and I'm asked if I want a refund; I say yes. A few days later I'm informed it's on the way, no cancellations. When it finally arrives I look at it and see the fabric is not water-repellent and the buttons are different from the photo (very large and thin black plastic). There is a 15% restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping to CHINA. It is cheaper (and much quicker) to throw it out.

BUYER BEWARE!

If I could take away all stars, I would! BUYER BEWARE! This was my first purchase from what appeared to be a small business with a small town feel. I buy many clothes online from foreign retailers, and that is not my concern, but this company requires the retuning party to pay all shipping costs, to that country, plus a 15% restocking fee on top of that. This is not mentioned on the website, and I only learned of this when I started my return process. Their clothes that I bought and received were cheap looking and feeling, and nothing like the online description or photo, therefore I feel that their store is elusive and misleading. Since it was going to cost more than I paid for my items to send it back and restock, I donated everything to charity, so someone will enjoy it…but sadly it’s not gonna be me! Their customer service process is both frustrating and inefficient as everything goes through e-mail, and all replies are obviously a prepared customer service script. They require an RFA# but I never received it even after multiple emails requesting it, and then they stop returning a reply except “Thank you for reaching out,” which is frustrating because their return policy is within 30 days, which means they’re narrowing your shipping time, as they state it takes at least 14 days to receive and begin your return. It was very frustrating and feels like a very sketchy experience, and I’ll never be back to shop again. I urge you not to shop there either. There are so many better options with an honest store model.

poorly made and bad materials. read return fine print

I bought three items from Mayberry. They are now an oversees on-line only store. The items did not look anything like the advertizement. The materials were very thin and look very cheap (almost like a disposable tablecloth). Read the small print on returns. You need to pay to send them back oversees, pay duty charges plus a 15% restocking fee. I advice against any purchases

If I could rate a zero

If I could rate a zero, I would. This is an American front for every cheap Chinese website you ever ordered ‘premium’ clothing from. Complete with deceptive photos that don’t match what you receive, long wait times to receive that poor quality product, extended response times when asking questions and the same opaque return policies that you know and love. High restocking fees, an offer for you to keep the item and get 10% back, or return the item on your dime and get 50% off some other crap item from their website. DONOT order from this company!

A hit and run company!

The order took a long time to arrive and what I got does not look like the picture on their website. The worst part is that they don’t answer emails or phone calls. Very unhappy and recommend you do not order from this site!

Avoid this Website!

Do not buy from this website. The clothes they show you are cute and good quality, but what you get is not what you asked for. I purchased what looked like a black linen shirt and what appeared to be a dark orange jumper. The shirt I received was sillky and the jumper was neon orange and felt like thin paper cotton. Not only does their website NOT tell you the material used, but it also cannot be found on the item itself. The only details of the clothing is the size, which doesn't fit true to size. The shirt was too big and felt like a medium (I ordered small), and the jumper was a small but felt too small (extra small) in US sizes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. I sent an email to customer service and have not heard back.

This is a scam

This is a scam. The product is of very low quality. I attempted to contact them via email to request the return address, but I never received a reply. Additionally, the phone number listed on the website is constantly busy. What a joke.

Items were received after 2 weeks of initial order. Dresses did not fit so I contacted the Co. 3 times for return instructions. Waited days for a response and after 2 attempts for return instructions they inform me that they want the dresses laid out and multiple measurements taken in order to authorize a return?????? Really cute shoes however no response to emails

I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this website, however I found several pairs of shoes and decided to make a purchase. When I didn't see the order in my online account, even though I was sure I had checked out, I did another order. Low and behold the first order went through. I obviously don't need to orders, however I have sent three separate emails to this company who promises to respond within 12 to 24 hours, and they have yet to respond. I don't know that I will be ordering again, because it looks like I will have a hard time getting approved for a return with no one responding to emails.
