If I could give a zero I would. Bought 2 maybelline product's in superdrug. The vinyl ink lipstick just left a sticky , tacky mess on my lips which was only resolved by rubbing it off. Superdrug would not refund as per their shop policy. Maybelline investigated for over 2 weeks only to advise that in spite of me having a valid receipt, the products had been opened (well derrrrr) and so no refund could be given. Countless chasing up phone calls and emails were to no avail. I would never buy from maybelline again. Absolutely useless. £20 may not mean much to them. To me it's half a weeks shopping.

Maybelline cosmetic are good. But please provide good packaging for product. Whenever I brought it online I always get damaged product because it doesn't had safety box or wrap.

Bought a mascara in my local superdrug they didn't realise until I got home that the seal had been broken . I'm disabled so cannot just get back to the store . I rang them they said to contact Maybelline themselves which I didn't and they refused to refund or send me a replacement of the mascara. So I'm now out of pocket and cannot use the mascara. Customer services are appalling and they have just lost a customer because of this.

I am a man, so I guess that makes me the target consumer of this woke dumpster fire of a company. That qualifies me to leave a review.

It’s too bad for Manbelline, but I’m not mentally ill. Guess I won’t be buying your products, just like the millions of women who used to buy your products.

Maybe you’ll all get jobs at Bud Lite when the last embers of your dumpster fire go out.

il colore effettivo NON corrisponde a quello che si vede dal tubetto: una volta applicato, la nuance è MOLTO diversa. Io ho acquistato il n.80 (da rosa è diventato rosso mattone) e il 130 (da rosa intenso è diventato bordeaux scuro). Ho segnalato la cosa, mi hanno risposto che è normale. RIDICOLO! non mi è MAI successo con altri rossetti.

Just tried maybelline sky
High mascara after reading reviews & trying a few disappointing ones previously , I have fairly straight & short lashes but this mascara grabs every single one & uplifts them, does not clump & you can built up volume.
I then push up my lashes with the side of my finger and they set in an uplifted curl, my absolute fave mascara was bourjois 1001 cil and have been trying to find one as good.. this is it

Maybelline products have really gone down hill! The fit me foundation & fit me powder have little to no coverage 😕

Im getting ready for work in the morning as I’m writing this review, I’m probably going to be late and that’s a testament to how awful maybeline products have become. I bought an xpress brow eye brow pencil and a tattoo eye liner like many other folks in these reviews. The eye brown pencil lid does not fit, is very loose and constantly falls off. Meaning a lot of product gets wasted. I have to sharpen the pencil every time I use it or keep it upright in a place separate from my other makeup. The eye liner is the reason why I’m writing this today - cherry on the cake. I noticed after a few uses, some bristles on the liner bent backwards, there is no way to reshape them back. This wasn’t a huge deal since it was only a few bristles and didn’t bother me too much, I just had to work a little harder to get a more precise application. However just now I’ve reached into my make up bag only to realize that all the colour and glitter on the plastic has come OFF and gone everywhere on my hands and face. I used to love maybeline but the products seem to be made cheaply and no thought given to the useability and function of the products. Very disappointing.
