I ordered a jacket, size L, it arrived after considerable delay and it so small, it would barely fit a child let alone an adult. I requested a refund to be told as I used a discount voucher (the item was still over £50 post discount), they would not refund. Avoid this supplier at all costs, just another scam Chinese company

awful quality, bought a ring which was discounted from £74 to £32, wore it 5 times and started leaving green marks and rusting. Would not allow me to refund or exchange and kept enforcing a 30 day policy even though the product doesn’t meet its function. Would not recommend at all.

Total scam! They use a picture from the actual brand Van Clef and send you a cheap pathetic Chinese laughable ugly copy that isn't close to the photo in their website.
Venue write them a brief and they tell you it looks like the same picture and it doesn't look like at all. They're a liar scammers do not buy for this company. They're Chinese people scamming people around the world.

I ordered a piece from Maya Mina as a gift for my sister-in-law in the UK and she absolutely loved it! The clothing looks elegant and the quality is really nice. It arrived well packaged and matched the photos on the website. Such a great gift idea . I’ll definitely order again.

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. On the website I thought they were based in Amsterdam and made all of their own products. I am annoyed that I didn’t look at these reviews first because I would never had ordered. It is an expensive version of SHEIN with utterly useless service and return policy. I am going to make it better known not to order from here and I shall try my hardest to get a refund from my bank. The item, a black short sleeve turtle neck top was ordered in a size medium. I thought, being European would be ok for a Uk size 10. It would fit a petite child aged 7. No labels or showing any quality. Looks like it was bought in a charity shop and sent to me. Now I have to send pics and a video to show why it is no good. What a crap company

Maya mia for my brothers as a gift and he really liked them.they look great feel comfortable,and the quality is better the expected.the order arrived well package& everything matched the photos on the website. Very happy with the purchase and the overall experience.

I bought a dress from Maya Mina as a gift for my sister‑in‑law in the UK and she was really happy with it! The design is beautiful and the fabric feels great. It looked exactly like the photos on the website and arrived nicely packaged. Overall a very smooth shopping experience. I’d happily order from them again.

Customer service was best, helped me a lot choosing a right size for the sweater that i bought and sent to my husband in UK

I bought a watch from the website - a black face with a black strap. When I received the watch it was the same look but had a white face with a black strap.
When I went back to customer service they were apologetic and said they would check into it and offered me a 25% refund ‘regardless of the outcome’.
I had to follow up several times and they finally told me that the black face was no longer manufactured (despite it still being available on their website) and that because the watch I received was in good working order that they had fulfilled the order and the case was closed.
Despite several attempts to argue this and Australian consumer law with them they have refused any further action.
So I am now left with a watch that I don’t want that genuinely is not even the quality that would be expected for the price paid.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I wasted my money. I didn't like the quality of the item I bought so I asked for a refund. I was asked to send photos of packaging & the item itself & was then told that I couldn't have a refund as the item wasn't faulty! They offered me a 20% refund & not to bother returning it which I refused, my emails have since been blocked. Avoid this company!

Poor service and seems like a scam!
I ordered clip ons and received pierced ear earrings, they are not accepting fault and offering only partial refunds. Clearly I should have read the reviews first. Don’t make the same mistake as me, avoid this business. Quality also does not meet the standard for price paid.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Bought a bracelet for a Christmas present. Broke after 3 wears, seller refused to replace, return or repair. Kept enforcing their 30 day policy ignoring buyers statutory rights. Had to force a Chargeback through my bank. Customer service is shocking! Avoid at all costs.

Long delivery time - received much later than the estimated date stated at time of purchase.

Item not as described - poor quality material.

Refund very difficult as item has to be returned to China - v expensive and lots of customs red tape to jump through which makes refund option a bit pointless.

So far, the customer experience has been superb and helpful. I have not received my order yet so I can not comment on the quality of the items until I have them. Hoping they are just as lovely as they are on the site.

Awful cheap products seen better on market stalls , package is awful could not give as a gift . Request a refund after numerous emails I was told I could have 10% back dreadful from start to finish do not use this company!

Bought a necklace from Maya and Mina—terrible quality! Black spots appeared after just a month of minimal use. Customer service was rude and refused to help. Definitely do not recommend.

Very disappointed with this company. Although their website clearly states that items can be returned within 30 days, the reality is very different. When contacting them, they repeatedly send the same generic email response saying “we can’t accept a return if you don’t think the quality is great”, which directly contradicts their own returns policy, then they proceeded to give be me a whole new policy that doesn’t exist.

The quality of the item itself was very poor and nowhere near what was advertised. It felt cheap, badly made, and not fit for purpose. The constant repetition of the same scripted response instead of actually addressing the issue is frustrating and unhelpful.

Avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere. I honestly wish I had read these reviews before placing my order, as it would have saved me time, stress, and money.

They are clearly claiming to be a company with high standards but the delivery took forever to arrive and came from China. So I most likely could have got the same item on another site that I use form China, for a fraction of the cost.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Maya and Mina Jewelry.

First, the return policies appear to be made up as they go along. Information given before purchase did not match what I was later told, and when I tried to resolve the issue, the rules suddenly changed. There was no clear, consistent policy—just excuses.

Second, the delivery service was awful. My order was delayed with little to no communication, and I had to chase for updates myself. For a jewelry brand, this level of logistics and customer care is unacceptable.

Finally, the customer service was appalling. What seems to be AI-generated support sent repetitive, copy-and-paste responses that didn’t address my actual questions. No accountability, no real help, just the same scripted replies over and over again.

Overall, this brand offers poor transparency, unreliable delivery, and shockingly bad customer support. I would not recommend shopping here unless you’re prepared for frustration and a complete lack of resolution if something goes wrong.

Excellent products and service, I would definately purchase again

Well, I am actually shocked and frustrated with Maya & Mina.

I bought this handbag for my wife thinking it was REAL leather, I then noticed my mistake after a couple of days. I contacted the company on their email addresses to say that the purchase was an error / not needed. I got a nice reply saying I am in good hands and not to worry, but as the item was already processed and that I just needed to wait until I received it then I could return it.. I thought, great - no problem.

The item arrived on the 24th Dec. I contacted them on the 29th to let them know the handbag had arrived and how do we go about returning it and getting a full refund.

To my disgust I was offered a goodwill 20% refund and told I could keep the item as I did not fit their returns policy....! I have looked at the returns policy and cannot find anything to suggest I would not get full refund, minus delivery costs (I noticed they have thrown that in there). Overall, I am hugely disappointed as in my opinion this fits in with a misrepresentation at the point of sale. I would advise anyone to be careful when buying from this company and check the descriptions on the terminology.

How hard is it..... I bought something in good faith, noticed it was not what i thought it was. A simple return and refunds was all that was needed... Overall, after reading the amount of negative reviews, this is how they run their business.

I would NOT recommend in any shape or form Maya & Mina based on the very poor experience I have had dealing with them.
