What a waste of my time. I am doing up a period house and needed to replace a old hardwood floor board. I went to the Maxwells as Peterlee as I wanted a plank that was cut to size and similar to what... Se mer

Great customer service and communication
Great customer service and communication. I placed an order for some paving slabs with Maxwells DIY. There were a few issues with the original order and a couple arrived chipped - however the customer service was excellent. I was kept fully informed and received a refund quickly and efficiently. I was even able to gain a more precise delivery slot which meant I didn't have to stay in all day waiting. The paving slabs were good quality and as described. I would recommend this company based on the customer service.

Good experience - very efficient.
I was wary of using Maxwells due to poor ratings, but they were old reviews from a few years ago, so took a chance.
They held stock of a paint not generally available. I ordered on day 1, paying via PayPal. The paint arrived the next day, as promised, very well packaged and secure. I would happily try them again based on this experience.

Purple Pout Paint
I ordered this paint online as I was struggling to get it in places like B&Q and Homebase and unwilling to travel any further for a tub of paint.
I purchased my paint on this website and its been non stop updates since purchasing the paint, was ordered Sunday and was delivered by Tuesday as selected. Packaged well and they combines 2.5l into 1 pot instead of the two ordered.
I also had a text in the morning to say what time it was being delivered very prompt and would defiantly use again
Thanks
Amy

Hopeless
Order was accepted and payment taken but no goods sent and no progress after 5 days. Ignored all emails. Luckily I paid with Paypal so was able to get my money back. Will steer clear of in future.
