My New Best Platform!
I've been marketing online since 1995. I only ran into MaxWeb recently. I applied but as a Solopreneur I needed help with onramping. The team at MaxWeb were over the top helpful! I cannot say enough about their professional assistance. Once onboard, I was even more impressed with their backend and interface. I only wish I'd found them months ago. This is a top shelf platform. Bad customer service
MaxWeb is a good affiliate network with a large array of offers. However the customer service is terrible. I was in contact for 3 weeks with customer service trying to get help with their pixel integration to Facebook ads as it was not sending conversions and not one person was able to help me set it up. Their integration guide is very outdated too. Kept reciving vague answers anytime I asked for help.

I have been working with Maxweb for 5 years
I have been working with Maxweb for years, and I can say that currently, my favorite company is Maxweb.
My affiliate manager is Oana Vaduva, whom I call my super manager. Never since I started working with CPA networks have I had a manager like her; it is entirely unusual to find people like her. But besides, the entire team is excellent and focused on helping affiliates in any situation.
My affiliate manager, Oana Vaduva, is dedicated to helping me achieve the best results. She knows my way of working and makes recommendations based on it, which are always accurate, always. Additionally, whenever I have any situation where I need help, she solves it for me immediately.
She is an example of what an affiliate manager should do for the industry, understanding that their role is to help affiliates develop their greatest potential and achievements.
