Not even once responded to my numerous emails. I paid for the monthly service and only got signals by emails but not by SMS. I sent atleast 10 emails and no one responded. Had to cancel the service.
The post by Specimenrare below just about covered it all. I would want to verify his TP modification though.
I am guessing that the lack of Customer Support may be a language barrier as the poor english used in the website is some evidence of that. I think the author is French. (unverified)
I think the idea with this service is to understand that the realized profits will eventually exceed the drawdown of the open trades. MaxPipFX trades support and resistance (not verified). You will get an alert by email or text (text not verified). They alert you with an entry price (could be late) no TP or SL. They will send the alert to exit days weeks or months later (could be a few hours late).
I think it is better to interpret this service differently. You can have an open trade that is left open long…and get a trade in the same pair short. So you will need a sub account also…one for longs and one for shorts.
Treat this service like a flow remover. You are going to float unrealized P/L while exiting some trades with a profit during the ride. The traders that can understand what this system does and can live with the negative float can realize a greater profit, comparitivley.
Rarely, this system adjusts its float by exiting for a loss…look at that USD/JPY trade in the published results.
So just letting things ride and not worry about direction can really change the way you look at trading and treat this system like a money machine.
Probably the best signals broker in the web, the alerts are overall good, you must just adjust the leverage depeding your capital
Paid for full year and after 5 months stop sending signal also no response what so ever from Maxpipfx.com sent at least 20 emails.
I have been using Maxpipsfx for 9 months. I have no losing trades with them. I'll explain why.
They trade support and resistance. They send an alert to go long or short when a pair hits support or resistance. Yes, they give an entry point but they do not give an exit at the same time. They later send an alert to close a trade at their discretion. Of course, you can close a trade at any time as I typically close my trades when they hit about 35 pips as that seems to be their sweet spot. Many times it is more and sometimes less.
They simply get into a trade and stay in until it pays out. There are no stop losses. I usually make about 1,200 - 1,800 pips per month. If a trade you are in goes against you and the trend changes and they give a signal to go in the opposite direction of your current trade, you simply go to your sub-account and take an opposing position and keep the first trade in place. It will eventually get you out of each trade with a profit.
The key to success with them is proper money management. On their website, they suggest trading $1.00 per trade per $10,000 in your account. I trade 30k in my account so I always trade $3.00 per trade. I do not break the rules and I have never gotten into any trouble. Yes, you will constantly be in a drawn down but that does not matter. You are also constantly making money. It is better than sitting in front of your computer all day and constantly having to make up trades that stop you out. I do all of my trading on my phone and never have to sit in front of my computer.
This approach is not a "get rich quick" approach but a steady approach that will earn you good money each month.

This Company is unseriously. It continue to transfer Money many months from my account, even if I had only bought for 1 month, and even if I had informed them, that I do not want their "service."
Their support is not existing. Their Trading signals are very bad. Stay far, far, far away from Maxpipfx.com
